this rp will be starting tomorrow, august tenth at 6 o'clock pm, eastern.

for the first couple of hours, you’ll be doing your own thing until 8 o'clock, when everyone will then hit up Èxtasis for the night.

if any of you are lost on what you should be specially doing, don’t be afraid to come ask me for help. how you plan your character’s motive/life is your own choice, but i’ll be here to give out ideas and/or suggestions. information on how the op works is here. a “map” of the city and general places are here. feel free to plot with each other, create new twists, etc. anything major should of course be ran by me first!

#haven’t you heard? word around the city is that cynthia vargas is a 25 year old college dropout who operates as a debt collector. she is unfortunately closed.

When Cynthia Vargas returned to the states, she received a dishonorable discharge and was stripped of all her benefits. The military believed that she had voluntarily gone against the commander in chief’s orders, which had cost many soldiers lives in return. She was originally looking for work as maybe a waitress or bartender, but Jonathan Queens had other plans for her. Cyn fears nothing and no one. Anyone who campaigns against her bloody reign usually winds up dead. She doesn’t feel the need to speak about what she would do, she acts without reacting. Kill or be killed–and she is not afraid of striking the first blow. Not many people would openly admit to disliking or being an enemy of Cyn’s, it’s just not safe. Her specialty? Creating underhanded tactics to force payments to be made. What Cynthia is equipped with is of delightful quality, and she employs it with intelligent skill and finesse.

The more complex and dangerous the task, the more Cyn should be compensated right? Once Jonathan Queens started coming up short on his payments for the services rendered, it changed their working relationship in a significant way. It’s only a matter of time before Cyn feels the need to eliminate her golden goose to recoup her losses and to regain respect.
