Why I do this with E-Mails?😀

This is done by most of the digital marketers in the world.

Now what is that?

Hehe😅

It's Split testing. It's a gold mine which everyone is not using properly.

Split testing is a feature which is present in most of the email marketing services.

To the people who don't know what split testing is!

Let me explain how it works.

When you click on the split test option in your email marketing software then you will be able to enter two headlines and then broadcast the email.

When you send the broadcast each headline will be sent to 15% of the subscribers then the winning variant will be sent to the remaining 70% of the subscribers.

Amazing Right?

Recently I just tried this out as a part of my assignment.

Check this image . You will get a better idea of how it looks.

Here in this I had written two headlines:

One is I am here to hold your back😇 Don't Worry

The other is Flood your restaurant with customers😱.

As you can see I sent it to 26 people. So 15% is approximately 4 so Convertkit sent each headline to 4 recipients.

And obviously the first one has an open rate of 50% so the broadcast to the remaining 70% of people is sent with the first headline.

Split testing helps us by sending the headline which people are interested in and this in return increases the open rate and click rate.

So Always keep split testing your email headlines.

Document yourself daily, tell people what you have learnt today. Share your ideas with people daily.

This is how you can have an ample amount of ideas in your hand daily.

But here comes another doubt.

How to document on all social media platforms?

The answer for this will be contextual content marketing.⚡

You might have heard this term from Pratiksinh Chudasama a number of times.

I don't even know what it exactly means previously.

But Today I found the answer for this in the Pratik's newsletter ✉️

"Contextual Content marketing is writing your same content differently according to your target audience and the platform you are posting on". 🔥

Example: Suppose you wrote a post or an article on LinkedIn.

Now take the same post and write it according to your audience on Twitter by shorting down the length. As twitter has a limit of 280 characters.

Here the content is the same but you are just changing it according to your audience and the platform you are posting on.

You can change the layout. You can change images. You can have different starting lines and so on…

So start contextualising the content and do contextual content marketing.

By documenting you don't need to waste your time on content ideas.

And with the help of contextual content marketing you can share that information easily to different social media handles.

I came across a name called Freemium Business model. 💥

➡What it actually means? 🤔

Ans: Freemium business model is something which a company provides free limited access to the content or service they provide and requires you to pay some amount to access the full content.

➡Can you give me some example so that I can understand? ⚠

Ans: Yes, I can. If you had observed byjus , It provides content access to the students but only in a limited way for free users.

Once you had opted to premium plan then you will get access to the entire content they provide.So now Byjus is using freemium model.

There are many companies like dropbox , googledrive, zapier, mailchimp etc.

Ans: Yes, It also uses freemium model. we get access to all the songs but with some limitations. You can see the below image and understand this.
