🦅 History

The House Kolar is a Great House in Westeros, and is The North's "sub-capital," located in the small lands west the Gorge and Shadow Tower, where the castle lays on the coast technically Beyond the Wall. In the 'Age of the First Men', the First Men that came to the North settled in the Frostfangs, in better utilization of their Hawks, and use the mountain height for leverage. Though, House Kolar is technically apart of Westeros, they have an ancestral right to stay beyond the wall. The land between the Wall and the Frozen Shore is where the first people of Northern clan of Kalor had settled, before the Free Folk, and before the White Walkers. The House Kalor provides their lands to the Free Folk's taking, as their castle - Aeravis Eyrie - is on the shore along the Bay of Ice.
