2 tablespoons sriracha sauce (adjust according to your spice preference)
2 tablespoons brown sugar
2 tablespoons rice vinegar
1 tablespoon sesame oil
1 cup sliced vegetables (such as bell peppers, carrots, or snap peas)

Instructions:
Cook the spaghetti noodles according to the package instructions. Drain and set aside.
In a large skillet or wok, heat the vegetable oil over medium heat.
Add the minced garlic and grated ginger to the skillet, and sauté for about 1 minute until fragrant.
In a bowl, whisk together the soy sauce, sriracha sauce, brown sugar, rice vinegar, and sesame oil until well combined.
Pour the sauce into the skillet with the garlic and ginger mixture. Stir and cook for 2-3 minutes until the sauce starts to thicken slightly.
