I have a confession! I am a master 21 day fix #nutrition enthusiast. The workout, not so much! I have to stop lifting at times due to my fibermyalgia. I stay fit doing daily cardio dance workouts at home, #CIZE and Yoga/Pilates #PIYO - I just got cleared to lift again! My newest challengers are 21 day fixers. I am gonna get down & dirty with them. We are gonna have fun toning up together! I am not just a coach. I am a challenger! That is why I am the healthiest I have ever been! It is with great joy that I announce this project & support my friend, Annette Ramirez! This collaboration is a dream! Annette is known for using her social media to IMPACT NOT IMPRESS. Just one of the many things we have in common!!! Above all, she is serious when it comes to helping her community & empowering women. She recently helped plan the clean up of Ambrose Park in Pittsburg. When I was a child Ambrose was still technically, West Pittsburg. My home town. My brother & I grew up on those streets. This woman is sharp! She has been wanting to get healthy and fit for a long time. She has been wanting to help bring value to other women & mothers. She has been following me closely since I launched my health & fitness business. She knows that, I have the same EXACT purpose & vision as her: Empower Mothers & Women. When she contacted me to see if I was interested. It was an immediate YES! I have been looking to return to my home town to pay it forward. I have also been looking to host a fitness club for Mothers. What better way to return to your hood, then for a cause! I am so humbled. You have to know me on a very personal level to understand why this is huge for me. 🙏🏻 I will be instructing fitness classes & helping women with their nutrition for FREE at Ambrose Park every weekend, while we let our kids run around together & burn off their energy! I look forward to connecting with all the Ladies she has invited already & working with you to be a healthier version of yourself!
