It's actually funny how humans decided "fuck living in caves with all these creepy crawlies", got out of caves, built houses that have all the nice parts of a cave without any of the yucky parts, and then all the little bugs and spiders and other creepy crawly creatures that used to also live in caves thought "sweet, new and improved caves" and moved right back in with us.

every time i mention exercise to my mother she starts talking about calories and diet shakes and im like man. its kinda fucked up that people link exercise and weight loss so heavily that they just assume thats the only reason you could possibly be working out. like no i just want to be able to ascend two flights of stairs without my knees giving out from under me. is that so hard to believe.
