EFFECTS OF SOCIAL MEDIA TOWARDS OUR DAILY LIFE
Social media and media have become an integral part of our daily lives, the way how we communicate and interact with other people. While these platforms offer a lot of opportunities, it affects on our mental health, relationships, and overall well-being. Social Medica can lead to feelings of insecurity, low self-worth, and even contribute to mental health issues such as anxiety and depression that may lead into negative effect on me as an individual.

Furthermore, social media and media can also affect our relationships with others. With the convenience of instant interactions, face-to-face communication and meaningful connections may suffer.

People may prioritize virtual relationships over real-life interactions, leading to feelings of loneliness and disconnectedness.Many of us find ourselves spending hours scrolling through our feeds and watching videos leading to distractions and procrastination we forgot our daily routine at home because of being distracted into social media.Limiting screen time, taking breaks from social media, and engaging in some activities that may help maintain us maintain a healthy balance.
In some ways, while social media and media can offer opportunities, it is essential to be aware of it's effects on our daily lives. By practicing mindfulness, set boundaries, and prioritizing ourselves, through this we can navigate the digital world more effectively and maintain a healthy and bring us into balanced lifestyle.
