We know why America wants to ban Tik Tok. The app gives us unfiltered news in real time and allows us to actually organize. Look at the Kellogg boycott. Someone proposed a boycott with an actual timeline for when and how to implement the boycott and its WORKING. People are taking similar measures towards the Palestine strikes so they can give aid to people who are being shot and bombed. The US government doesn't want that. They don't want us to realize we have a voice and able to take action. It's why they want the app gone.

I really like driving bus. The kids are the most rewarding part of the job. I gave a senior hope for college by telling him about tuition fee waivers for native students and financial services specifically for foster kids. I've never seen a kid so happy to hear college is possible. #schoolbusdriver #fostercare #college #hope #nativeamerican https://www.instagram.com/p/BwZYK1Zncpt/?utm_source=ig_tumblr_share&igshid=nh178hre4wf1

I was abused and these things stick with you. But it doesn't define you. And you can create positivity from the darkness.
starving because you don’t want to go into the kitchen and risk seeing them, hearing their car come down the street and running back to your room, being on edge if you’re in the same room as them, nightmares with them in it, not feeling safe in your own home, hearing your parents argue, slamming doors, getting scolded for nothing, censoring yourself around them, picking your words carefully, not having a childhood
it’s okay if your childhood wasn’t what it should’ve been. it’s okay if you didn’t realize how badly some of this affected you until you were older. it’s okay if you hate you abuser. it’s okay if you don’t. it’s okay if you can’t forgive. it’s okay if you’re struggling every day to be kind and avoid becoming your abuser.
your fears and feelings and shitty past are valid. i understand you. i am you. you are not alone.

I want this so bad.
Confession: I hope one day Mass Effect gets an animated series showing life on the Citadel Wards or Omega’s various districts. Both places are full of a diverse range of people, with so many untold stories.

My friends and I are still educating ourselves on middle genders, mostly because we're questioning what our gender identities are. But it's so affirming to have folks confirm your thoughts and feelings are common for gender identity journeys. Thank you ❤
Can I be genderfluid if I mostly identify with masculinity and only feel feminine once in a while?
Yes

My friends and I decided we should do a nerdy book club. It could get interesting with our resident teacher friends, hence our current book choice. #postcollegelife #nerdyfriends #imnerdytoo #readingisfun (at Dovetail Cafe & Marketplace) https://www.instagram.com/p/BwCd18PHO3K/?utm_source=ig_tumblr_share&igshid=1kk7knsvop5hs

Okay, I know it can be hard to find easy ways to make healthy meals. So I love that Tumblr can give me nice, simple visuals.

I love that my adulthood has connected with Team Rocket in such a post college grad way.
Me as a kid: There’s no way Jessie and James are in their twenties! People have their shit together by then.
Me now: Wow okay yeah these broke disasters drowning in debt and picking up part-time gigs to supplement the meager pay from their crap job working for an evil boss are ONE THOUSAND PERCENT in their twenties, huh.

I like seeing queer representation in the things I do daily, like FitBit. The more we see our community representing, the more common and normal it will be.
Another nice walk today! Lots of people out on the trail and I got some steps in before I head to work later today 😊
