Today was a good day. Went hiking and spend the afternoon with friends. The day was wonderful and now I'll go to sleep early. Nature is amazing, it's incredible how my mood changes when I can go outside.

It’s grind time. I know I have said this before but it’s actually grind time. Thanksgiving break is next week and I want to have any semblance of peace I should complete as much work as I can now.

So today we arose. We walked to the library. We ate yogurt. We have a lot of overdue math and coding assignments to complete. And a bibliography to do for my law class.

But it’s ok- because the semester won’t finish me I’ll finish it.

Sunday, the 24th of November 2024

My workload has reached a point where I feel guilty when I read other things than academic literature. Nevertheless, I went to bed reading 150 pages of a short story collection. This morning I went for a windy walk with the dog, had a small snack and was rung up by a friend before I could sit down to work. It was lovely to catch up and talk about whatever came to mind, I dearly miss them and hope to visit them sometime soon.
