Jean-Ralphio's name was not always that. I have some actual evidence (he reassigns Ben's name upon meeting him, he tells Andy his name is all right and therefore he doesn't need a new one, he is the type to just do that, does his dad SEEM like he'd name a kid that? Etc.) But mostly I just think it's funny.

At some point, little Jean-Ralphio decided that would be his name. Idk what he was called originally, probably something normal. Lol.

There is counter-evidence in the form of Mona-Lisa but tbh she'd probably rename herself too so idk.

Also I wonder how they ended up like that cause Michael Schur is not a believer in 'some people just come out wrong' there very much has to have been SOMETHING that set them on the journey to becoming deranged little freaks (affectionate) but I can't IMAGINE what made that happen. Love em though
