If I had a nickel for every rock golem on ark I've painted to look like a sentient pile of aquarium gravel, I'd have 2 nickels.
Which isn't a lot, but when it takes 4+hours to do it once, you wonder why you'd do it twice lol (Because it's badass. That's why you do it!)

Some stuff I can explain and some I can't.
Stuff like dried fish, jerkey and grains made sense at the time for lore reasons and still does. (Clan lived underground, harder to come by more fresher stuff, yanno? Now they're back aboveground, but in an area I don't see agriculture being super prevalent)
Gemstones and stuff like that, they're pretty (and in lore some are used as currency)
Books, scrolls, candles and bells, lore reasons as well.
Stuff like acorns, goats, houndskulls, jars and vases? I just think they're neat.
How do yall decide what to collect? Bad time to ask because everyone wants to collect the isopuppies plushies but like long time collectors how did you decide what to collect?
