philliplarson:
“Glad I’m not the only one then,” he paused. “Does she talk back though?” he asked a playful tone in his voice. He liked to think that dogs understood more than people gave them credit for, be it voice tone, body language or smell, Apollo usually seemed to know what he wanted, whether he wanted to do it was another matter. Phillip murmured his thanks as she was kind enough to see to his dogs needs placing the water bowl down. “You’re saying I look bad?” he pouted momentarily before nodding with a smile. “Yeah, I could use another, thanks.”
Tiana filled his cup with more of the hot, black liquid. “Don’t worry, you don’t look too bad.” She gave him a smile and glanced at Apollo. “I feel like in her own way, Stella does. Just like you and Apollo here.”

philliplarson:
Phillip yawned adjusting his sunglasses on his nose to keep out the bright light. He had not slept well the night before and it was all because of the mop of fur beside him that he’d named Apollo. It tied in with his horse Sampson whose name meant sun, and Apollo was the god of it among other things so it seemed fitting. Apollo yawned and he followed suit with another yawn himself. “What have you got to be tired about, huh? You bed hog,” he muttered shaking his head slightly. Between being rolled on and the bed hogging that had caused him to scrunch into an uncomfortable position so not to wake Apollo meant sleep hadn’t been easy. He saw someone eyeing them and chuckled pausing to take a sip of his coffee. “Nothing to see here, just having a conversation with my dog, not weird at all.”
Tiana chuckled upon hearing his brief conversation. She approached with a pot of coffee and a bowl of ice water for the pup. “Oh don’t you worry about being weird at all. My neighbor’s dog, Stella, why I talk to her all the time. “ Carefully she placed the bowl next to Apollo, giving him a quick pat before standing back up. “How about it Phillip, another round? Sure looks like you might need it.”

Steph: It's not problem at all, love, I'm glad you care enough to ask. Hades isn't as bad and scary as everyone thinks, I promise
Steph: You're friends with someone seemingly different to yourself, right? Charlotte?
Tiana: Yeah, you can certainly say Lottie and I are pretty different.

Steph: Gosh the smaller flowers shouldn't be more than $30. Every single cover of roses will be more?
Steph: I don't think it's gloomy at all. I'm no sun, dear. And if I was, sun shines best in darkness
Tiana: That's fair. Let me know when the shipment comes in and I'll come pick them up.
Tiana: That is true. I just don't understand how you do it. Then again, I am sorry for asking. It really is none of my business.

Steph: That would depend on the amount you need in that case? Larger shipments cost more, obviously
Tiana: Oh I don't need a lot. Perhaps half a dozen each?
Tiana: Also, how are you doing...living in that gloomy place? They say cloudy places make sunny people sad.

Steph: Oh yes we have plenty of those! Sorry for the mistake!
Steph: What do you need? and when?
Tiana: Can I get pansies, violets, lavender and roses of all colors? Whenever you can. I'm in no rush, it's more for a personal project. Can you let me know how much it's going to cost me?

Steph: The kind made from fruit? We don't sell those, sorry
Steph: I suppose I could make some if you wanted!
Tiana: lol no. Those are edible arrangements. Still good, but I'm looking for actual flowers that are edible.
Tiana: There are types that you can eat like borage blossoms, calendula, hibiscus, lavender, nasturtiums, pansies, roses, and violets are all some of the flowers that are edible.

—- “it’s definitely prom season because all those promposals are everywhere. the dude who has a locker next to mine opened his locker and balloons and confetti poured out. some girl was asked to prom over the morning announcements. and i can’t even escape it at home. this morning, jenny and i are getting ready to come to school and go to find the car covered in post-it notes asking her to prom. i’ll give you creativity points but, c’mon, we had to drive…”
“Wait, some guy opened his locker....you mean a girl asked him? That alone is strange. I thought it was supposed to be the other way.” Tiana gave a little shrug. “So what about you?”

“Uh, yeah? Who’s there?” Remy looked out to see his friend unexpectedly. His eyes brightened and he beckoned her to him, “Tee, I thought you had work, what are you doing here?”
Tiana waved at him when she saw him poke his head out. “Pipe burst at Flo’s. No water for the day, so I got a free day while they fix it up. Thought I would surprise ya since it’s been a while.” She pulled out a brown paper bag from her backpack. “Brought ya a little somethin’. ”

Steph: For a moment, I thought you meant doing the dishes, in summer :D
Steph: It's going really well actually, people seem to come in just to chat all the time! And with the warmer months, flowers are more in stock
Tiana: Do you happen to have edible flowers in?

Steph: How have the hours been at work?
Tiana: Sorry, but I just don't think I can do that. lol
Tiana: Busy! With the spring here and summer approaching, it's picking up a bit. Which is nice. I always enjoy the summer dishes.
Tiana: How's the flower shop?

Tiana watched carefully, holing her hat to her head so it didn’t fall off. She watched for any sign of movement in a window up above. “Remy!” She shouted when she thought she saw a shadow.

kuzcosgroove:
“okay, blazers. burgundy or midnight blue? or a patterned one?” kuzco asked himself, eying the clothing rack in front of him intently.
Tiana walked slowly down the sidewalk, eyeing what the shops had to offer before spotting Kuzco contemplating life. “I think a patterned one would suit you best,” Tiana said pulling out a few of the oddly patterned blazers from the rack.

attinabenson:
“Every week? I’ll definitely have to go more often now that I know about it,” she said with a grin; the prospect of expanding her kitchen was exciting and seemed like an adult skill that she desperately needed. “So you just go between vendors and pick out the produce you want?”
“Every week,” she repeated. Ahead, Tiana could see the tops of the vendor tents, ready for the day. “Yup. I usually come with a few bags of my own or a basket.” With a smile, she reached into her canvas shoulder bag and pulled out a similar one and handed it to Attina. “Here, you can use one of mine. What are you thinking you might want to get today?”

matthewpanics:
For as long as Panic had been visiting Tiana while she was working, it was strange to think that this was the first time he was going to her house. They’d seemed to know each other a long time, yet, never really hung out outside Tiana’s shifts. Now, though, their friendship seemed to be going to the next level, or at least Panic seemed to think so as he took a look around at the girl’s home.
“N-No, no, it’s nice, really,” Panic replied with a smile as he followed behind her. He nodded his head as he listened to Tiana speak, leaving his shoes on since he didn’t have a preference, either, and watched as she began rummaging through her fridge. She seemed to have a lot of food, or at least, ingredients to make food, although that didn’t come as a surprise to Panic, considering the girl was a chef. It was definitely much more food than in his and Pain’s home, though.
“Sounds a-amazing, actually,” he replied to Tiana with a smile. “I-Is it hard to make?” He asked as he watched her turn her radio’s volume down.
A sensation of calm washed over the girl when she heard him comment that her place was nice. It was small, and lacking things she felt most homes would have since most of her money went to savings, ingredients, and bills, but it was home.
She came to stand next to him at the table, pulling a cutting board up for each of them. “Not really. It just takes some prep work, but since it’s all soup all you really have to do is throw it all in a pot and let it do its thing.” She pointed to a large pot, “You start by putting the chicken in a good sized pot and fill it with enough water to cover the chicken. Put it on the stove with high heat till it boils.”
