god the blackface kier scene is such an excellent example of how lumon makes its employees feel like they should be grateful for being treated like shit. of course theyre not above blatant racism but theyll mask it as inclusivity and progressivism and all those other helpful little buzzwords. so that when milchick receives his "gift" he feels like he has no choice other than to say thank you because its being like. presented under the guise of acknowledgement. he shouldnt feel uncomfortable he should be happy... the board is doing this for him. fucked up stuff

i have a lot of huge thoughts i cant word right now but i will say theyre doing the reintegration thing a lot earlier than i expected and (assuming it works how its supposed to) it will be interesting seeing how that plays out in the workplace setting. iirc petey reintegrated after leaving lumon(?) so he never had to be under their surveillance after the procedure. whereas mark's situation will obviously.... not be like that 😭
