Does anyone maybe use those flavored inhaler things to help quit smoking?

I’ve never smoked or vaped, but for whatever reason I’ve been craving the hell out of SOMETHING. Life’s been stressful, so I think that’s why?

Anyway, kinda been looking at those flavored inhalers, but I don’t know fuck all about them or if they’re actually safe or even good. Just trying to figure out if this is a stimulation thing and if it’ll help. Perhaps suggestions? Which brands to stay away from? Which ones should I try?

Also would they trigger asthma? That is also an important answer I need.
