Okay I got in touch with @90-ghost (Ahmed) and he has confirmed to me the deactivation was not something he did himself. He also showed me a screenshot of his tumblr app glitching out because of it.
Tumblr deleted his account. That being said, it might have been an automatic response to a mass reporting campaign being led by zionist stalkers. It could also have been a decision made by tumblr staff themselves.
We don't fully know what happened. Ahmed has contacted them to report the issue. In the meantime, make people aware of this problem.
If his blog is gone the vetting links to a lot of legit fundraisers are going to be broken now and not be of any use.

I am terrified that I won't be able to pay my rent & bills this month!!
Sunday, March 23rd: Hello, everyone. I’m Gem, a bi, mentally ill, and disabled woman in desperate need of help as I'm struggling to pay off my debt before I receive my welfare.
I apologize for asking for help again. As most of you know from my previous posts, I have been struggling to make ends meet while on welfare. And due to my outstanding bills and ever-increasing debt, it has been difficult for me to get by. These past few months have been absolute hell, and with no other income, I've been relying on the kindness of others to get by.
I desperately need that kindness again as I have until the 31st to pay £295.88, which I can't possibly pay off on my own with the limited welfare I receive. To make matters worse, my landlord is taking £115.73 from my welfare to pay my rent arrears, leaving me with next-to-nothing of my benefits.
I don't receive my welfare until the 31st and if I can't pay this balance off by then, my welfare will be taken and I won't be able to pay this month's rent and bills!!
Again, I know this is a lot to ask, but if anyone could spare any amount to help me, even if it’s just £1/$1/€1, it would save my life, and sharing helps just as much.
£68.50/£296!!

The plains spadefoot (Spea bombifrons) is toadally cute. But did you know that this stout amphibian, which inhabits arid regions of western North America, is an “explosive” breeder? Hundreds of individuals gather en masse to mate. Afterwards, females can lay as many as 2,000 eggs! These eggs might hatch in as few as two days, and the resulting tadpoles can develop rapidly, sometimes maturing in just 13 days. This species reproduces after warm heavy rains.
