Do it halfway. Take one piece of trash out of your room, throw one dirty shirt into your hamper. Go to one class and miss a different one. Start a drawing without pressure to finish it. Give yourself space to Be without the expectation to Become, and do small things to make the Being livable.

i dont see why i cant start a trend, so here goes. lets try to build back our attention spans. lets try to focus on just one thing for as long as possible. lets not watch those "asmr for people with adhd" videos where they fuck up adhd folks even worse. lets resist the urge to reach for our phones when watching a movie. lets read the articles we reblog, even when theyre boring. i know its hard, i have adhd too, but its worth it. i also know that this hard work doesnt always seem super impressive to other people, so id love for yall to tell me in the tags or replies if youve done something, no matter how small, for your attention span. you deserve to feel like youve taken back some of what social media has ripped from you

It's okay if you don't feel hopeful about the future right now. If hope is out of reach, try curiosity instead.

an old drunk man told me to enjoy my life and have fun because I’m only 24 and I have so many years and so much life ahead of me and then he went “and you know what? in ten years when you’re 34 you’ll still be young and have your whole life ahead of you” and it was really comforting to me

There are three rules:
1. If you do not go after what you want, you will never have it.
2. If you do not ask, the answer will always be no.
3. If you do not step forward, you will remain in the same place.

Meal Prep for my 75 Soft: Week 1
![Tumblr media](https://64.media.tumblr.com/25691aa5d4c41a838fc3696de9d8d86b/7e338f5d381b1604-dd/s540x810/ec2053fd1c176a1005964f8ab3357ee190707b8f.jpg)
I made lemon orzo with broccoli, spinach, and chicken & a lil chicken/quinoa/veggie bowl with some Parmesan
It was my first time making both of these and they’re both pretty good!!

Personal Rules for Starting 75 Soft Over
Starting Over:
I want to create some rules for myself regarding starting this challenge over if I fail to complete one or more of the daily requirements of the challenge.
Eat well: This one is a little tough as I plan on sticking with my Intuitive Eating plan. If I binge eat/consume sugar or snacks in excess, I will start over.
Complete at least 45 minutes of exercise daily with one rest day per week: As I’m being lenient with myself in the intensity/type of exercise I’m doing (as least to begin), I’m going to be strict with myself here. If I fail to complete at least 45 minutes of exercise per day, I will start over.
Drink alcohol only on special occasions: Birthdays, holidays, and weddings qualify as special occasions. I’m still debating on whether I should allow myself to drink alcohol on dates; for now I’ll allow myself one drink on a date. If I (knowingly) consume alcohol at any point not during the above social events, I will start over.
Drink 3 liters of water every day: I considered giving myself a buffer amount, like if I drink within 20 oz of the goal it would count, but I’m deciding against it now. It’s a challenge for a reason. If I do not drink the full 3 liters a day, I will start over.
Read 10 pages of anything per day: I want to focus this goal on reading books specifically but as an alternative I’ll also accept 30 minutes of reading per day if I’m somehow in a position in which “pages” isn’t a feasible way to quantify my reading. If I fail to read ten pages or 30 minutes worth of reading per day, I will start over.
Take progress picture every week: If I fail to take a progress picture at least once each week, I will start over.
Daily journalling: If I fail to write at least something in my journal each day, I will start over. It must be something of value; rushing to complete this goal by scribbling nonsense is not acceptable.
Logging when/if I take my medication in the medication tracking app on my phone: Not taking my medication is not cause to start over. As long as I’m logging whether I do or don’t, it’s fine. If I fail to record whether I took my medication or not on a daily basis, I will start over.
