HAPPY EASTER CHICKIES! ππ£ . A little Easter facial transformation! Last Easter vs this Easter. Both of them spent at the bar (π» VS ππ») but priorities drastically altered! #facetofacefriday . OFFICIALLY DOWN OVER 70LBS! π± That's the weight of a small child! Crazy. . Between the two pictures so many things have changed besides the obvious physical ones. I've had a complete mindset overhaul. My short term and long term life goals have not changed too much. However, how I plan to achieved them have. Not to say I was lazy before, but like most people I put in minimal effort and expected maximal results in everything (school, weightloss, relationships). Now I grind hard always - sometimes not taking into consideration how taxing being a stress ball can be on my body (I'm working on chilling more). I've grown and learned so much about myself. I still have a lot to learn, but I couldn't be happier with how far I've come and more content with where I am right now.

Since I always miss hump day... Enjoy a #throwthatassbackthursday pic. It's the best of both worlds booty and wings ππ . Tried to squeeze in a little posing practice between classes but I couldn't find an open room... So I practiced some poses in the bathroom which lead to a pretty awkward encounter! π still managed to get a brief session in before things got weird . Be optimistic. Be ambitious. Be consistent. In the end, your hard work will pay off!

π Dat vein game doe! ππͺπΌ . I've never really enjoyed training upper body, especially arms... Puke π€’. They were a definite weak point of mine, I never saw any progress in strength or aesthetics and so I didn't really care to invest much time in them (cause π gains were 100x more important) But DAMN! I'm so happy I eventually stuck with working them cause I'm SO happy with the results! And I now look forward to the days I get to work my #bisfortheguys π . Felt really uncomfortable being so exposed which translated into looking super awkward (and almost faceplanting 100 times)π. But by the end of it my confidence was notably higher and I was really starting to feel myself! π And for the first time ever I actually felt like a bikini comp competitor! . A Popsicle a day keeps the cravings away! Unless you start talking about some hella crazy Reese's Pb cup, brownie, cookie concoction... Then I might πͺ you (@ninety.vi ππ) In all seriousness though, these Mio pops help keep my sugar cravings at bay! They can be made with any water enhancer, Bcaas or even preworkout. Just add water, pour in a mold and freeze em! (the amount you add is based on taste preference, the pretty red one pictured here turned out more sour π than sweet cause I added too much flavour BUT it doubled as a lipstain π #winwin)
