1: What is your name and does it mean anything?

- My name is Emma-Lee , and as far as I know; it doesn’t really mean anything.

2: How long have you known your best friend?

I have a couple people i’m very close with, or used to be close with.

but my very best friend? that would have to be Celestial (nasa <3 ) I met her atleast 6+ years ago.

3: What position do you normally sleep in?

LOL, “fetal” or I lay on my stomach.

4: Were you a part of any “clique” in high school?

Kitchen “crew” lol.

5: Who was your favorite teacher in high school and why?

My favorite teacher in high school would have to be mr.gray,  and mr.Austin.  (chef instructors)

They’re the two people who really helped me discover my passion for culinary arts.. I have always wanted to be a chef / baker, but ever since I stepped foot into the kitchen at Brooks; they’ve had so much faith in me and really allowed me to have creative freedom, pushed me to pursue this career.. just, aaaah. I could go on forever.. I owe a lot to those two.

6: Do you wish to travel a lot?

I definitely wish to travel as much as I can, and learn about as many different techniques in cooking, cultures, etc <3

7: Did you participate in any sports while in school?

I wasn’t too into sports in high school, because I was so focused on the dream of becoming a cook. but in elementary school; I was on the hockey team, volleyball team, gymnastics team, tennis/badminton team, basketball team, I did track and field, etc. 8: Show a sample of your handwriting:

I wouldn’t say I particularly enjoyed a lot of my childhood, I won’t go into why. but I wouldn’t change it.

I absolutely adore each and every single one of my siblings, sure they irritate the hell out of me sometimes but they're always there for me no matter what.

12: How did you meet your best friend and why did you become friends?

I met my best friend at camp qwanoes, we were in the same cabin every single year. and since the moment we met; we just instantly clicked, we are so different yet so so similar at the same time. its like we’re the same person. she is the one person I can talk to about absolutely anything, with no judgement. from 2am drunk chats about how much I love avocados, to crying about stupid boys , my family, whatever it is.. you’ve been there... you will probably never see this but words will never be able to describe truly how thankful i’am for you.

I used to go to this fountain in whiterock, every single day with a penny... tossed it over my shoulder and wished to be a mermaid.

I spent most of my childhood in Powell River.
