SPORTS KING SHIMEJI / DESKTOP PET

Hello, Beastieball community.

We all know the Sports King. Some of us love him. A lot of us hate him. Many of us love to hate him.

But have you ever stopped to ask yourself... What if I could hit him with hammers, with just a click of my mouse?

This is why I endeavored to shimeji-fy the Sports Guy. And now, with the power of electronics and mad science, I have succeeded.

If you're unfamiliar with shimejis, they are little desktop pets that roam around your screen and offer a bit of interactivity. So you can drag him around, play mouse-chasie, or just watch him do his own thing!

As a forewarning, this shimeji is a "mischevious" type shimeji, which means he can summon forth Sports King clones to infest your screen, or mess with your minimised windows. But not to worry, because a simple right click on either the King himself, or his icon in the app tray, and you'll be able to reduce the Sports King population to one, or restore your meddled-with windows.

Hello! I've been raremorph searching for some time and have gotten a crawlurk with very unusual coloring; it's not at all the color spectrum it can be on the online beastiepedia and is a vivid neon pink instead. Was wondering if the beastiepedia hasn't been updated yet or I just found the rarest crawlurk ever LMAO.

HELLO!!!! yeah that sounds a bit like the beastiepedia hasn't updated haha, it's supposed to be able to be pink! though I'm curious just HOW pink it is... i know there are a lot of things on the to-do list and updating smaller things like the color spectrum on a beastie might slip through the cracks at times

The Beastieball OST is on bandcamp!! This isn’t news cause it’s been there for forever but TODAY is bandcamp Friday which means that you can get it while Lena Raine keeps 100% of the revenue…

(I actually set a calendar reminder to buy it today I am not kidding)

Hey! I understand you are a (mostly) unofficial blog, but I have a couple of questions if that's okay!

1) will the Early access add new beasties? I understand it has the complete story, but is the beastiepedia also complete as of now?

2) once the game is fully out and it (hopefully) goes really well, would you want to do a dlc or sequel?

I really enjoy the game and am just curious!

hi hiiii!! luckily i do know the answer to these questions 😏

1) the beastiepedia is complete for now, but there is a chance that more beasties are added for the base game, but this brings me to (and is related to) your second question

2) the kickstarter did well enough that we will in fact get a DLC called “the far out” which will include new beasties and new areas :3 as for a sequel i’m not sure but i think that’s not really something wishes tends to do. it’s not out of the question but isn’t something being actively planned
