Last year I worked on this really cool law office in Royal Oak MI. It was recently purchased and needed some updating. Unfortunately I can’t find images of the main office at the moment but will update the post when I do.
The updates took place in the ,main office, conference room, and lobby. Smaller changes to the baths, stairs, porch and basement. Lots of drywall work, new lighting and outlets inside and out, plumbing and vanities for the baths, tile install for the interior lobby landing and tile adjustment resizing the floor of the fire place.

I finished the ceiling of this cozy sun room on the back of this Beverly Hills home over the summer. The rafters were first insulated before being covered in drywall. We left an access panel above the entrance to the house for electric ect. The home owners were taking this one to completion.

A new laundry room and closet. New tile in the laundry room along with cabinets and stainless laundry tube. The lockers are great for kids and a mud room. Also using the same material we re did the front closet for storage instead of coats. Looks Good.

Before and after. Dry walled over the old stucco ceiling, we took down the old beams.
After Demo we added new knotty pine beams and fascia around the entire room. To finish we painted the ceiling walls and casing while also adding fresh base.
Next a knotty pine bar with a penny top !
