Tips on how to avoid junk food!
-Water!! You may have heard this before, but water is your best friend. If you ever feel like eating, chug water until you feel sick to your stomach.
-Excersise! Even if it’s just 10 crunches, you’ll remind yourself of how you feel so good after working out. You won’t even want to eat.
-Chew (Sugar free) Peppermint Gum. Peppermint has been proven to decrease your hunger. But be careful! 5 calories in a stick of gum.
-Look at thinspo. Do you really feel like eating now? All that food you were about to eat was about to fill in the space in your thigh gap.
-Go outside and walk your dog. You would be doing your dog and yourself a favor, since he/she loves to explore the outsides!
-Drink Green Tea! It boosts your metabolism, and has many other health benefits.
**If all else fails, remember these quotes: “We eat to live, not live to eat.” “Food is just a nice way of looking at fat.” “For everytime you binge, you push you’re ability to reach your ultimate goal weight by ONE WEEK, think of how hard you worked.”**

I want to eat normal meals, just be normal and no stuff my face uncontrollably with crap!
