Although it is almost two years old, this is still my most popular photo here on Tumblr. 🙂

On the way to Glacier Point in Yosemite National Park I went through an area where they seemed to have set some controlled fires. Street signs warned of the smoke of these fires which created this special atmosphere.

Welcome to the desert. Looks hot, right? I made this stop during the ride from San Diego to Phoenix. I left the bus for only 10 minutes, but I was totally exhausted afterwards. :)

The sunsets in Honolulu were all absolutely stunning. Here we have the balconies of one of the hotels in Waikiki. How do you like that photo? :)

The hotels and buildings of Waikiki, seen from the rim of the Diamond Head Crater. It was quite a tough hike to the rim of the crater in the hot sun, but it was worth it. Isn't it a spectacular view? :)
