The Trauma Surgeon Issue:

My autistic brain has found the need to clarify Simon's as well as Thomas' profession since it differs greatly from healthcare system to healthcare system.

Technically they're trauma Surgeons - but! not orthopedic surgeons. In german healthcare systems (DACH region) they would be working as general surgeons since they aren't qualified in the field of orthopedics. However in american based healthcare systems they're able to call themselves trauma surgeons because they mostly operate on traumatic organ injuries.

This creates a bit of an issue since I imagine Overwatch mainly uses the american pov versus the swiss headquarters being located in a region where they use the german trauma surgery concept.

SO long story short:

In English I will continue to use the trauma Surgeon term for now :) (in German the correct term would be something along the lines of "emergency general surgeon")
