Does Lord Toko ever leave his mansion?

He's not my character so nothing I say is necessarily canon, but i imagine an honourable fellow of his size is difficult to move even without any doors in the way. I would think he has an expansive staff that could shift his bulk using wheeled platform dollies. But maybe the lord is quite satisfied within his home, what joys can he not afford to be captured and brought to him?

He's quite influential y'know. I doubt that he'd blink twice at the idea of knocking down a wall for some more sunshine.
