That’s how I feel about it sometimes, but then I just think of what you can do without there being a significant other to be around and such. You don’t have to worry about them changing plans and everything.

Your gonna have a long wait if you’re hoping i’m gonna with your girl .  Barbs I hardly ever leave the ranch , there is no way in Hell you’d get me to go back to New York.  I don’t honestly think i could do it even if I wanted to.   It took everything I’ve got to just do the short drive to Charity’s house.  Travelling out of town , let out alone out of state into one of the busiest cities in the country, is something i can’t see myself doing .

Nothing wrong with a 4 am mimosa or two. It worked out to right about two hundred dollars apiece with six people before the group discount kicks in but people like living their dead lives. How did you manage that?

Damn that sounds good right about now. Mimosa me up, we should hang out one day. We could work it out one day I’m very sure of it. I’m good at saving up for things and good at not overspending, that’s why.

You make it sound like a really good alcoholic beverage in that it’s all good when done in moderation. I could ask around but  most people are probably still trying to recover financially from their Christmas overspending. It’s a shame really, a group trip could be a fun time. 

If you have the money and nothing is stopping you then go for it. Your mom would probably love it. it’s great that you two like to travel and experience things together.

I could use an alcoholic beverage right about now, sounds delightful. Yeah it’d be something nice to save up for eventually. I’m glad that I didn’t spend a lot on Christmas,

Balance is something you could gain. At least, I think you can.  I wonder if we would be able to get a group together for a weekend and head up to Ski Sapphire Valley in NC. They offer ski lessons, so you could get your slopes on. Me, I’m in the lodge all weekend.

You have no idea. The water was like looking through clear blue glass and the marine life was gorgeous. Have you ever traveled alone?

Yeah that’s true, balance feels good one could only imagine. That’s a great idea, I bet people would love to come, and maybe some people would be happy to get out of work, most likely. Sounds like a grand idea.

Can I go there now? I’ve traveled alone a few times, but not anywhere too far.

Nothing but truth. Skiing vacations are unreal in my head. Like if you want to legit sit in a cabin and snuggle up in front of a fireplace, drinking hot cocoa, talking? Absolutely. Being out in that cold? Nope. You’ve got brass ones, Barb, ha. Have you ever seen that huge merry go round or ridden it? That would be something for the things to do list.

You definitely should. Would you mother go with you on that one as well?

It’s been a dream of mine to learn how to ski, but I don’t have the most perfect balance, if I did I would be a dancer, not a singer. Yeah I’m a tough little short girl. Oh no I haven’t, I’ve seen it but not ridden it.

That sounds amazing. She might unless I end up getting a significant other, but I don’t see that happening for a while.

I freaking hate New York.  Its busy and noisy , and well I can’t see the attraction one little bit, but you love it so that’s the important thing.   Just remember When you make your Broadway debut,  to get someone to record it for me so i can watch from the safety of my little bubble.  I’m gonna be waiting at the front door with open arms girl.

It was the best feeling ever.  Being sidelined for 6 months was hell.  

I’ll like it enough for the both of us then, how does that sound? Of course, I’m extremely positive that my mom or someone will live feed it for people. Good.

That sounds like fun. I keep saying I need to visit the East Coast but my vacations are usually in the winter, far too cold there for this girl’s blood. Did you get to see any shows or see any amazing new sights?

Jamaica was a literal dream come true. If you get the chance I highly recommend checking it out at least once if for nothing but the food.

Yeah it’s very beautiful in the winter time, New York at least. Southern girls can’t handle the cold well, it took me a while to adjust well to north east winters. We walked across the Brooklyn Bridge which was nice, and rode bikes around Central Park, skating at Rockefeller center. It was the best.

I would like going to a warmer location during the winter next time.

We went to New York City, we try to go every other year. It was a great trip, got us all refreshed, mother wasn’t doing well with her break up.

I’m okay . Did I tell you’ve I’ve got the all clear to start riding again. Not allowed on full day trek yet, but i’m happy just to be back in the saddle again. 

That’s what I like to hear, and your city of hell was great for me and my mother, she’s upset that you don’t seem to like it. Of course, you don’t even have to worry about that, I’m there babe those are the best kind of hugs.

Wait, you did? Artie that’s great news! Glad you are back Artie, it must be a great feeling for you.
