"The King" (Localized: "Royalty")

"The King" is an Automatic, Artificial-Humanoid Stand from the will of a well-known politician. If an opponent does anything to make said politician fear for his life, whether by goading an attack or genuine peril, "The King" manifests to exact judgement, then attacks accordingly. Usually, the punishments are out of proportion to the slights (ex: someone who shoves Politician, "The King" hospitalizes the attacker)

[THE FOLLOWING IS A TRANSCRIPT OF A RECORDING FROM THE CAPTAIN OF SCOTLAND YARD DURING A PRESS CONFERENCE]

Good morning. My name is Captain Winston James Barnes. I have held this conference today to disclose our findings about our current and rather grisly situation.

As you may have guessed, there is…something roaming both the streets and roofs of our fair cities. Our intelligence team is collecting as much information as we can, but what we have is limited and vague at best

Who we are talking about is something calling itself “Abrasion”—yes, like the injury. From eye witness reports it seems to be three meters tall in height, with skin the color of bricks. This…thing seems to be unbothered by distractions, only going after whatever crimes it witnessed. But whereas other vigilantes, much like our Spider-Woman, they not only take the law into their hands, this Abrasion character seems to end the life of at least one person every night they are spotted.

Spider-Woman seems to fight this thing, but she has been spotted once or twice sharing the same goal as them. We cannot confirm or deny if she is on our side

I did, in fact, refer to Abrasion as “they”, yes. That was a…slip of the tongue. Apologies.

Anyways I have called this conference to warn the people of the UK and Ireland. If you see this thing in any way, shape, or form doing anything: Hide. Hide from it and call the local authorities. I urge anyone who sees it to not come into contact with this…menace
