Can we normalize sensuality and intimacy not being hyper sexualized? As humans skin to skin contact is crucial for our over mental and physical health 🫶also opening our horizons of physical touch in general and changing our trauma responses to being around and touching eachother. Sensuality is a beautiful and healthy expression of love and creativity, building tantric energy which may be used for various types of transmutation ( turning energy and funneling it into another task or idea), which may be used to increase stamina, work out performance, memory and the overall effectiveness of said task. Our bodies are pure and sacred and deserve love ✨��🫶
