I get bad heartburn and apple juice has actually helped before. I'm not sure if there's any science behind it, but it definitely works for me. Also milk is very soothing too.

im not kidding i woke up after only 3 hours of sleep with bad heartburn and a lot of anxiety about the upcoming day and so i was like "yknow what lemme just get up and get a head start on some trash cleanup to make things easier on us later... but first......"

and then the actual first thing i did was walk to my office mini fridge and down 2 bottles of martinellis apple juice and it was a complete vibe reset. it's a powerful fucking feeling and i'm glad we've both shared in this experience this morning.
