Yes this is a self rolled cigarette. I watched the tracker pull out a pouch of tobacco while riding in the back of the truck and roll it up in a piece of newspaper and smoke it. No BS tobacco and a newspaper. Pretty damn cool. We have it to easy in America. The things we take for granted.
