Inspiration/Headcanon: An alternate universe where all the trolls are humans and are involved in some type of gang/mafia.

Can you the Telescopes and Frogs (land belongs to a seer of space)?

You are the Seer of Space, and your planet is the Land of Telescopes and Frogs, or LOTAF. 

In ancient times, a meteor from the Furthest Ring came loose and crashed into your planet. Infested with thousands of servants of the Horrorterrors, they spilled out and quickly overwhelmed your consorts, seized control of your Forge and corrupted the planet. Your Denizen gathered whoever she could and fled to LOTAF’s moon, burrowing to the center and entering a semi-permanent dream state to await the Hero of Space.

When you home appears, instead of appearing on LOTAF, it will settle on the moon. Most likely on one of the spires of the main temple to your Denizen, where your consorts live. The moon largely hospitable to life - though it does have air - and your consorts grow a type of edible crystal in the shade of your Denizen’s palace.

The ever deteriorating situation on LOTAF is monitored via a series of fantastic telescopes (crafted by your Denizen), which allow you to observe just about anything going on on the planet. Your consorts use these to spy on the Horrorterrors’ servants and send word to both Prospit and Derse, because if this situation is left unchecked, it could spiral out of control and overwhelm the entire Session. As it stands, both nations have come to an uneasy truce, keeping the monsters at bay with occasional surface bombardments and the sabotage of any technology that might allow them to get off-planet.

The inner layers of LOTAF’s moon are a complicated dungeon that mimics the one in your Denizen’s palace on the planet. It’s hard to say whether your Denizen carved this during her burrowing or if she shaped it with her strange dreams, but in either case she also rescued various quest rewards, items, and key frogs. All of them buried in these tunnels of stardust and strange crystals. You would actually be good to go if it weren’t for the fact that your Forge was on the goddamned planet.

Here are some quests you might go on, other than the standard Space player quests:

Rescue a group of consorts of carapacians who crash landed on LOTAF.

Learn a secret that leads to a key military victory by observeing the planet.

Negotiate a permanent alliance between Derse and Prospit.

Reclaim your Forge.

Meet with your Denizen.

Defeat the Horrorrterror’s servants and drive them off.
