For fun I decided to count how many guys I had of what species. I only counted the ones set in Aliuve so no fairytale, superhero’s, or those very horny hornets. I also didn’t count the gods seeing as the mortal forms are disguises.

Tummy Hurt

Aquarius is the first one to spot the pain, having woken up to you groaning in your sleep. He quickly texts the others that something’s wrong before moving you to lay against his chest, his tail wrapping around you. The other four bust into the room waking you up with a startle and a whimper holding onto your belly.

“Hey it’s ok guppy, stay still,” Aquarius pets your head.

Lucius puts the back of his hand onto your head, “Are you feeling sick, muse?”

“Just a tummy ache is all.”

“Here, I’ll go out and grab some tums, ginger candy, and anything else Lucius texts me,” Kaiba kisses your head, “I’ll be back soon. You four text me anything else I need to grab at the pharmacy.”

Kaiba heads out the room rushing out the house to jog towards the nearest 24/7 pharmacy. Ozzy turns into his werewolf form before anyone else can say anything. He lays his three heads against your belly, so his body heat can help with the pain. It is nice it’s like a heated blanket but softer.

“I’ll go ahead and make you some nice soup, if you want anything else just yell for me,” Lucius pecks your lips and heads to the kitchen.

Xeno joins you on the bed taking your hand he holds it close to him, “How about we put on your favorite show while we wait for Luci and Kai to come back with the goods.”

“Yeah, that kinds good thank you.”

The slime man nods, pulling up the remote he turns on your show. Aquarius nuzzles into your shoulder humming quietly, but enough for you to feel the love in it. He kisses your shoulder a couple of times as he does so. You play with Xeno’s hand which he lets you do happily. It’s like squeezing a stress ball but warmer. Ozzy rubs his head into your stomach more, humming as well so you can feel the vibrations against you. After a bit both Lucius and Kaiba walk into the room carrying the goodies. You’re very lucky to have them.

Slime biology 101

Colors

-Slimes can be pretty much much any color, the two main factors that dictate it though are genetics and food.

-Green slime parents will always mark a green kid, unless they have the recessive genes for blue or purple for example

The way genes work when it comes to color is this red>orange>yellow>green>blue>purple. So red is the most common, and purple the least of the base colors.

Though there are codominant colors. They can appear at the same time as a slime body’s base color. Said colors are pink, teal, indigo, white, black, brown. They‘re always happy to share a space with the base colors.

As for patterns, slime genetics when it comes to patterns their codominant colors can take are random. At least from scientist knowledge due to a lot of genes acting at the same time it’s hard to predict what pattern is the most common or not.

Basically a free for all on how patterns, so a slime person can look like they wear mittens and socks, or even a fancy mustache.

There are times where two base colors can appear at the same time. It’s rare but it happens. When it does slimes can look half n half, or just have some splotches, or the colors mixed together.

-Food can also change a slime’s color, but only when they’re babies since that’s when they’re more malleable. Depending on how much they eat of a certain think it can affect their undertone only. It will never change their base color

As an example, it’s common for slimes to have an orange undertone due to eating lots of mush carrots as babies

-As soon as slimes are around a year old food stops affecting their undertone.

Age

-All species age pretty much the same, having similar lifespans.

-When they get older though their body stops being as flexible and easy to extend or shorten. So they usually take medication so they don’t feel crusty and stiff all the time

Typically that happens when a slime gets closer to their late 60s early 70s. Unless they got really unlucky in the genetics lottery

They don’t like become stone as they get older, it’s more of their insides just aren’t as malleable as they use to be.

Body

-Also before I forget I must state, slimes can not force themselves into being a puddle of goo on the ground or super big they’re like a wall.

-Slimes are basically just more stretchier humans. They can change their height and how big certain parts of them are based off how much weight they have on their body though. It’s like if they want smaller hips they can move all that mass from there to their hands or chest for example.

-But they can’t get rid of said weight, the only way they can is by exercising or reducing how much food they were eating if they were power feeding themselves. (Power feeding is a term I learned from snake videos, basically it means that they feed themselves a lot fast so they can get bigger faster)

Another example Xeno ate a lot of food growing up to gain weight, so he can use that mass to make himself taller. That way he matched the rest of his adopted family’s height. He still eats that much too maintain that height.

-Of course though every slime is different, they come in a range of different body types and sizes naturally. Everyone is different with how well their body retains mass or not.

Traditionally in slime culture bigger bodies are seen as more beautiful. Especially since it means they have more stuff they can mess with.

As a culture slimes tend to be more confident because of the fact that they can make their body how they want. To have their bodies be how they see themselves if they have enough mass to do so.

Weather

-They are more susceptible to weather though especially heat. So slimes bundle up a lot for the cold, or for the heat use sun umbrellas, wet towels, little fans, anything and everything to protect them from the sun. 

The cold makes them feel stiff, while the heat just makes them feel sick and sticky. It’s never a fun time.

Many slimes prefer colder countries up north than the hot ones of the south if they had to choose one end.

Hair

-Slimes’s hair basically grows and acts like any one else’s hair. Though their hair usually comes in thick big strands. They can be more wavy, coily, curly, or straight but the strand of hair will always be big and thick.

-The only time that their hair comes in thinner strands are usually in mixed races like Colt for example. Or in general someone who had a different species in their ancestry it’s not always for sure, but it happens.

You’ve always wondered what it will be like to have a pen pal, it seems a little scary but also really fun. Though you forgot about that idea for a while till being well into adulthood. Being an adult you reason you can handle anything if something does become a little weird. Looking online you found a website were people sign up for pen pals. Scrolling through the site you try finding someone that catches your eye, there’s no photos just bios. Eventually you do find a bio that catches your eye, and from the looks of it, it seems that no one else has touched this at all. The upload date on the bio is almost from six years ago. Guess you can just do this one, hopefully Edward is still open for letters.

Writing a small intro letter you send it to the address he had listed. After a week you walk to your mail box and see you got a letter back! Rushing inside you eagerly open it.

“Dearest pen pal,

I’ll be frank, I was not expecting a letter at all seeing as my listing is so very old that I even forgot about it. Though that doesn’t mean I didn’t appreciate it. Your letter is like a flower in this dump of a place I’m in. I dearly, dearly hope you do write me back. I’d love to communicate further with you. My bio is a bit outdated by now, so let me reintroduce myself to you.

My name is Edward Crassidens, I’m currently 37 years old. I’d adore reading, gardening specifically herbs. I can not garden flowers for the life of me. And crocheting though I’ve sadly have not been able to do so in a while. It’s been a little frustrating I miss making my own jackets and sweaters. I hope to hear from you soon. Maybe in your next letter you can tell me all about your hobbies? I do love collecting them.

You swing your legs as you write a reply back to him, this is just as exciting as you hope. And bonus points he’s not creepy at least from what you can tell in his first letter. From then on you two would write each other all the time. When you eventually learned that Edward couldn’t indulge in crocheting due to not being able to afford to at the current time, you sent him a hook and some yarn. The next thing you know he sent you a scarf he made as thanks. Having been writing each other for at least over a year and a half you take a photo of yourself wearing said scarf, print it, and sent it in your next letter. His letter this time around is rather thick, opening it you see an adorable pouch he made, setting it aside you start to read his letter.

“Oh my Luvan, oh my goodness gracious.

My dearest pen pal,

How in the world could you have gone so long without telling me how gorgeous you are! I almost had a heart attack seeing your photo. I do not mean to be so blunt and crude with you, or to overwhelm you. But you are genuinely such a gem, a diamond through and through. I figured you’d be a beauty with your gorgeous and silly personality, but you blew my expectations out of the water. And no that’s not tongue in cheek with me being half waterfolk. Bad jokes are your job, I tease.

Apologies though if my letter to you is scattered. I’m still just in a bit of shock, and my heart has not calmed down at all. It still keeps skipping a beat every time I even glance at your picture. Thank you, for trusting me with such a big thing. I’m deeply joyful that you’re enjoying the scarf. As soon as I can get my hand on enough yarn I’ll make you a sweater to match it! You’re left blushing and giggling from his letter. You put it to the side and write your own letter back to him. This time you ask if you could see a photo of him. Wanting to finally put a face to the man who’s written his way into your life You also mention your favorite color to him for the sweater he promised. And wait for the next one. It feels like time goes by slowly as you wait for his letter. Friday afternoon you dash to your mailbox opening it you tear the letter open. A small photo falls out of it, grabbing it you finally see him. His long dark blue hair tied back in a ponytail, his horns as blue as the sea, and his false killer whale features added to his charm. Those light blue eyes of his are piercing, though you notice that the photo only shows his face and a bit of his shoulders. He must be shy to show his body, you tell yourself.

“My dearest pen pal,

I hope that I live up to your image of me. I must say I was rather nervous taking the photo. Especially since I’m not able to preen myself as I’d like where I’m currently presiding. But I believe it is time for me to stop addressing you as just my pen pal, you are far more special to me than anyone has ever been in my life. I’d be lost without you, and to be truthful I was. I was lost in a sea of doubt that I’d ever accomplish my dreams. But now by meeting you, those dreams seem so very real now. And I’ve never felt so much life before.

So I believe that you deserve a much more special name now. My little corazón, today as of writing this letter shall mark the day that I start on my journey to see you in person. You look at the letter in shock, sitting down you try to reason with yourself that nothing is going to happen. That he’s just messing with you. You toss the letter to the side, grabbing your phone you start scrolling trying to distract yourself. As you’re scrolling through shorts one catches your attention, grabbing Edward’s photo you stare in shock seeing his mugshot on your phone. Edwin Pseudorca, escaped from jail on Sunday night and has been on the run ever since. Wanted for killing seven people. Your heart drops, shakily you rush to try and call the police to inform them of your situation. As soon as you touch your phone app, a big grey hand wraps around yours, yanking your phone out of your grip. Turning slowly to look behind you, you see Edwa-Edwin, smiling down at you.

“My little diamond, my corazón. Your husband is finally home. You’re so much more perfect in person, truly better than the liars and cheats I was with before. I don’t even have to fix anything with your body.”

ok the thing about Varisa having parents that nearly always look their best is that Varisa also expects this from her partners while also coming with her nearly everywhere if they have the time for it.

just expect clothes that probably cost more then your bloodline, makeup (if you wear any) from brands you could only dream of getting, expect lots of alone time in her favourite sanctuaries between you and her, movie nights, self care days, gardening, overall just a lot of spending time together to the point where your feet hurt or your cuddling at the end of the night.

But if it’s marriage then expect all that was listed but 100x better plus Varisa already has a few homes in mind and some are her fathers works also you don’t have to worry about the cost, she’s got it covered <3.

-You’re going to have to take those 10 dollar sweat pants Rider gets cheap out of his cold dead hands, lol

-Jokes aside he does deeply appreciate the fact that he’s getting spoiled. It makes him feel like you love him just as much as he loves you. Just for him he can’t reason with himself to spend that much on clothes, especially when he loves the simple stuff he’s bought for years. Anything else though he’s fine.

-He doesn’t care too much for gardening so he suggest a big art day, cause man loves painting and drawing. Sometimes he forgets just how magical it feels to paint with oil paintings, he just wished it dries faster.

-Also man will let her ride on his back to get all her affection out while he’s busy doing other stuff plus he get’s to show off his strength.

Luka

-Overwhelmed, he’s not use to any of this. Mostly the money she’s dropping on him part, the constant time together oh he adores it! He adores it so much!

-The werewolf is so very excited to out so many new things with her as little date nights. And since he’s just as clingy she’ll be nice and fed with affection.

-With home stuff though, Luka would ask for one that’s not too big, mostly cause he’s thinking of the future and kids. He doesn’t want any kids of theirs getting hurt all the way across the other side of the house. Even if the two can get to them very fast he’d rather have the home a bit smaller for his own worries.

Quinn

-Batting their eyelashes as they look at her teasingly asking if the pair of pants they’re wearing makes their butt look big, and she better say yes. The dragon is so so very happy to be spoiled they got no complaints.

-As a streamer too they’re more than happy to have her in their lap as they stream so they can snuggle together. Outside of that they’d make suggestions for stuff to do together or places to take vacations too.

-Though they definitely definitely will ask at some point if they can invite their dad on a trip to a really cool ancient place, cause they want their dad to experience this too. And also so she and their dad can hang out and get along more since he is going to be her father in law.

Topaz

-Oh the urge, the urge to show up her parents and go fuck you to them, I got a baddie just as crazy about me as I am to them. And she’s super rich too. But she won’t cause she doesn’t want to make her feel awkward.

-Topaz kinda cries honestly once she’s getting spoiled, because she’s never been spoiled with any gifts and affection before. She get’s overwhelmed but a happy overwhelmed holding onto the gifts super tightly, thanking her.

-Definitely making sure your guys souls are bound forever, just now after getting this love and affection as strong as hers she’s more scared to lose it.

Mandus

-Confused and also overwhelmed. He has not been treated with this level in care in years after his mother’s death, so he’s overwhelmed at first cause of that. And a bit confused cause like why are you spending that much money on clothes. Though the man can not lie some of those shirts she gets him are really nice.

-He’s a bit tempted to quit his office job to be a househusband instead, but he’s not use to well not working. So he’ll be very conflicted till eventually talking himself out of quitting and continues to work. He wouldn’t bring up the thought to her though since he sees no point cause he’s not quitting.

-He does adore all the time together, but his most favorite part of it all is at night when you two cuddle, and he can sleep peacefully free of any nightmares. So lots and lots of snuggles is very goofy for him. There’s even a rare moment that will happen once in a while were his tail will wag a little bit in his sleep since he’s so content.

nightshift gang once again

Anyone that tells you about varisa is that she takes her family traditions VERY seriously to the point of concern for her wellbeing, depending on whether your a friend or a spouse plus on how close the two of you are.

Close Friend:

Varisa will ask you to point to a part of her body.

if you pick the head then she will carve out a symbol onto her forehead then chant something in Swahili for 12 minutes then the symbol will grow a light purple, the symbol will soon appear on your forehead as well, the symbol would mean a close bond between friends a bond that will hopefully last for eternity.

If you pick the arms then she will have you sit down in a circle of lemon and emerald as she will ask you to meditate with her for a 7 hours than when the time is up your arms will start to sting as you notice it is covered in silver streaks, that would signify a lifetime of good health and luck.

If you pick the legs then Varisa will carve out pieces of her flesh from her thighs then place 2 gemstones in the holes then do the same for you and yes while it is painful after a few minutes it’s like you won’t feel a thing at all, that would signify affection and comfort for as long as you live.

Romantic Partner:

Varisa will ask you to pick between 3 Ancient practices.

If you pick the cauldron then she will prepare a large bath filled with herbs, some of her blood along with her spouses and fermented oils than when she is finally finished Varisa will bring you to bath and ask you to undress yourself, she will then pull you into the bath and wash you gently as the practice goes that you will have to cleanse your partner of their past wounds. When she is finished Varisa will carry you out of the bath no matter whether you are much heavier or taller you are than her than kiss you affectionately. This practice goes for both dating and marriage since it signifies a close bond between spouses.

If you pick removal then she will bring out a knife and cut off her ring finger then she will feed her ring finger to her spouse no matter whether or not they are willing to eat her flesh. This practice signifies the bond of two spouses as you literally eat a piece of your own spouse.

If you pick travel then she will have you pick a mountain on a map whether Digital or not then she will fly you through the night to said mountain with a medical supplies and ointments, once she brings you on top of the mountain she will take off her close and jump off said mountain, it is your job to scale down the mountain to find her body and when you do, you will have to patch up her injuries with the medical supplies then cover her body in ointments which will signify wealth and vulnerability as she shows the most vulnerable part of herself during this moment.

So the romantic bath one, they’re would all like it to an extent. And if anything Rider will probably fight trying to stay in the water cause the man is a slut for a nice warm bath. Mandus would probably just accidentally fall asleep in it due to the smells and warmth.

The main struggle would be her cutting herself and them, but if its just a small amount of blood like a couple of drops from their finger then they don’t mind at all. Quinn will be a little iffy cause they don’t care for blood much on the opposite side Luka would freak out about the littlest amount of blood coming out from his partner, but he’d give more of his own blood willingly.

As for the last two of the romantic stuff no, they won’t allow that at all. Especially Topaz cause she’d just look at her and go “You’re complicating it more then it needs to be.” And whip up a quick soul binding potion for the both of you to drink. Any extensive harm to their partner is an automatic nope for them. The only three who would even hurt their darlings Rider, Mandus, and Luka are only when they’re pushed really far. And even then Rider could never go as far as the other two, but he’s more mentally stable than them. But I’m rambling just in general there’s no harm coming for their darling.

As for the friendship thing they’re all fine with the mediation, the only person who could last that long though is Mandus. Topaz has tons of work she can’t put off, Quinn is terrible at staying still for long periods of time, Luka doesn’t like meditating too much cause his thoughts get overwhelming for him, and Rider will get agitated and feel genuinely unwell if he doesn’t move and or work out all his energy he has. Man works out as hard and as much as he does or else he’ll feel like he’s busting at the seams with energy.

And like I stated before they won’t let her harm herself even if they only have a platonic care for her.

Sleeping Darling?

Many tell the tale of a royal heir locked away in a tower asleep forever till the curse is broken with true love’s kiss. Though eventually the royal family had to move on, unable to retrieve their child from the clutches of a deadly dragon. Least that’s what the old stories all say. And what many believe as the fact of life for hundreds of years.

But anyone worth their weight and gold would tell you a different story.

That in reality there is no sleeping royal, it’s just an illusion to lure in people than to kill them over and over again till they all eventually give up. So that way they would never realize the truth. That the dragon is in fact the heir themself cursed to be a beast.

The few descendants of the knights who fought the beast and survived, all say how the dragon never lifted a claw to hurt them. Unless provoked into self defense. Now the dragon has been left undisturbed for the past 120 years, no one saw the point in fighting the creature anymore.

One day a descendant of one of the said survivors took it upon himself to see if what his great great grandfather said was true. Traveling to the ruins of tower he keeps his shield up as he walks into the unknown. It’s a struggle to get inside many of the walls are collapsed blocking plenty of doorways.

“Dragon, come out. I’m sure you’ve been lonely seeing as no one has come here in so long. I just want to talk I promise.”

Rumbling fills the silence as the huge pile of rubble in front of him moves. A giant head pokes out from the rubble, the dragon looks down at the man and weeps. You don’t care in that moment if he’ll hurt you or not, all you care about is that you’re not alone anymore. You nuzzle against the man sniffling and sobbing. Your body shaking.

The knight stumbles a bit at the sudden weight against him, but slowly pets your head., “It’s ok, I’m here. You’re just a little guy aren’t you, just a silly little dragon.”

He stays by your side the whole day happily talking your ear off even though you can’t speak he appreciates your grunts as responses. Plus he grab your snout and shake your face around, and you’ll do nothing to stop him since you’ve been deprived of any human contact for too long. The knight is honestly very tempted to drag you back home, but how would he even hide you from his neighbors. Maybe he can take these bricks around here and make a new home close by, it’d be nice not having to deal with anyone else, even starting a cute farm! Plus that way he doesn’t have to pay any taxes to the kingdom he’s apart of.

“Saya how’d you feel about me making a home near here? We’ll be like neighbors.”

You let out a small roar of approval happily bouncing around, before nuzzling into him again. The knight chuckles and pets under your chin kissing your snout as if you’re just a puppy. You cover your snout embarrassed with your tail.

“Aww, what’s wrong my little firefly? Are you shy?” He gently pushes your tail down, “Don’t worry I find it cute. Now I’ll be back, I’m going to grab some things and start working on our new home.”

You’re left waiting anxiously for his return for a few days, when almost a week passes by you curl up giving up. That’s when you hear the familiar call of the knight whistling for you. You stand up rushing over towards the edge of the ruin and see him waving at you a big grin on his face. He pats his thigh, “Come on firefly, come here, come here.”

You slowly take a step out of the ruins and walk to his side. He smiles and has you help him move trees out of the way as he starts building his new home. When night comes along he falls asleep on your tail and that routine last for a couple of weeks till his home is done. You whine at him going to his home for the first time to sleep for the night. The man chuckles seeing your head blocking the door trying to stop him.

“Aw is my little firefly lonely? Well I’m sorry you’re too into fit in my home. But don’t worry I’ll still be nearby, I love you,” he kisses your snout again. With the declaration of love and a kiss you transform back into your true self. You look at your hands confuse and start laughing in shock and joy. Not seeing the horror on the knight’s face at his firefly’s transformation. Now you’re human, and not some clingy puppy like dragon. He picks you up and dragon you inside the house locking the door, “For now till you get use to everything stay inside it’s safer that way. You don’t have your dragon scales to protect you anymore, ok?”

-Hard, in bed now. No, but really he’s very excited because that means you hopefully know about the old rituals that were in place back in the day when it came to claiming someone you love! The ones seen as taboo for how extreme they could be…but since you’re a believer of his you’ll be not chill with them of course!

-He’s eager to do one if not all of those rituals together with you. Especially since he feels like he has more free rein to be more wild. He’ll subtly take advantage of your devotion so he can get away with manipulating you. He’s a little more sexually active with you cause you turn him on so much. Obelix wants to knock you up a bit even if you’re amab he has ways.

-He knows you’re probably not going to be chill with some random person’s head as a gift, so he’ll make something really sweet and useful out of the bones of someone he’s slain. So that way you don’t recognize the gruesomeness of it, but also so you keep it forever.

“Come let’s renew our union…hm? Oh I forget you can’t handle more than six rounds a day.”

Oblivi

-Very flustered and awkward, she wants to make sure she meets your expectations of her. But she worries she’s failing them quite a bit. It would be easier if she was talking with someone she didn’t love, cause then she’d wouldn’t be fumbling so hard.

-Typically her believers see Oblivi as a just and cold god. Cold for taking away people too soon but just in her punishments to those that deserve it. And she can be and is depending on the spirit she’s ferrying, but with you she’s an utter mess. She has more trouble with a worshipper darling than she does a regular one.

“Huh, what do you mean I’ve been avoidant? …My apologies I just…I don’t want to disappoint you when you see how much of a mess I am.”

Brutus

-Ah finally someone who’ll appreciate him. He’s very smug about your devotion towards him. Even if it comes out of fear more than anything, a majority of Brutus’s followers only worship him because they’re scared, in hopes that his chaos will overlook them.

-It’s a good and bad thing to be his lover and worshipper, on one hand he doesn’t surround you with despair, but on the other hand if you don’t go along with his chaos or at the very least laugh he gets grouchy with you fast.

“Come my little shadowling, we’ve got chaos to spread. And then afterwards why don’t you show me just how much you can worship me.”

Hailo

-Tries to act smugly about it, but inside he’s so flustered. He takes extra time to preen his feathers since now he feels like he has to live up to his reputation. Though he chills out after a bit of time loosening up more to show you his playful side. Though he does bug you for offerings which is just affection.

-Halio likes taking you on flights and showing off his godly power, he loves your reactions. He still preens his feathers mostly so you can praise them. Becomes more attention demanding since you’re his worshipper he feels like you now owe him attention whenever he ask for it.

“Look at me, I made my feathers oh so shiny today just for you. And yes, you can pet them if you want, but only if you give me an offering those lips of yours would be just perfect.”

Roman

-Wait he still has followers?! This god often worries that he’s been forgotten due to being asleep for a long time. So knowing he has you as a worshipper still makes him feel very emotional. He’ll grant you so many boons of good luck without you having to ask nor give any offerings for. For Roman he hopes by spoiling you, you’ll never leave him.

-Sometimes you can’t help but wonder who is worshipping who here. When you do offer him offerings it leaves him a giggling lovesick mess, and he’ll save them forever in his home. And if you give him affection as an offering, Roman will give you his whole body to play with if you desire, or anything else really if you’re to into that.

“You’re just perfect my little clover, radical like the waves on the crystal beach. Speaking of which how about I take you on a date there. One of my old shrines are there too if you’re interested.”
