okay I've been biting my tongue on this one a bit but the odds of any money you give to a uk trans or especially LGBT charity reaching a single uk transfem is vanishingly unlikely. the primary "resource" these orgs provide is jobs for trans people who can make it in a professional environment, and the vast majority of trans hires are tme (and thus unaffected by the judgement!).

Hello everybody!! My name is Gabriela. I'm a trans girl living on the border in TX. My 9-year anniversary being on HRT is tomorrow (4/22) and my 29th bday is the next day. (4/23 :D)

I'm broke all the time, I'm an out-of-work line cook who hasn't been able to find work since being burnt out from my fine dining job in January, despite looking high and low through my city, and my rent of $625 (thankfully) is coming up to be paid on the 1st of May. I've also got an outstanding gas bill of ~$200 needing to be paid by 4/26.

I'm asking for the funds of at least half the rent (~$315) + the gas bill if people are able to spare it, so an approximate goal is around $500!! If anymore is available, I will be using it to shore up the rest of the rent and utilities various small needs around the house.

Otherwise, I'd love to be able to get myself some nice groceries and whip myself up a fancy meal or get myself a small cake or something to celebrate both my tranniversary of almost 10 years and making it through nearly 30 years of being on this bitch of an earth.
