Sooooooo i’ve used apple cider vinegar for weight loss before but what I used to do was just take a shot of it and then drink a big glass of water. Still effective, but tastes like shit and burns. 
What i’m doing now is way better. I take one tbsp of RAW, ORGANIC honey (you should ALWAYS ALWAYS ALWAYS be using raw honey, NEVER use the processed stuff!) a pinch of cinnamon, filtered water and 2 tbsp of ACV. I saw this on tumblr a while back (though they were using maple syrup instead of raw honey….. honestly I highly recommend you sub the syrup for honey like I did, raw honey is full of beneficial nutrients and enzymes that are not only good for you but enhance your beauty) and people were saying it tastes like apple cider…. I didn’t really buy that it tastes that good but HOLY SHIT IT DOES. It tastes EXACTLY like apple cider. You can’t taste the vinegar at all if you mix it right. I serve mine over ice and it tastes great, and I love drinking things knowing they are detoxing my body, helping me lose weight AND enhancing my beauty. Win-win.

ED Habits
- Drink a glass of water as soon as you wake up
- Drink herbal tea on an empty stomach early in the morning
- Take a shot of Apple Cider Vinegar with water every morning
- Go for a walk every morning
- Increase your daily steps
- Walk around when chatting on the phone
- Hand wash your car instead of going through a car wash
- Try not to stop moving
- Drink water just before every meal
- If you are sitting, get up and walk around ever 30 minutes
- Walk to work/school if possible
- Plan what you are going to eat
- Get used to declining food from other people
- Remind yourself that this is what you want
- Brush your teeth right after dinner to prevent late-night snacking
- Have an ice bath/shower every day - BUT be safe about it!
- Brush your teeth after every meal
- If you are stressed or upset, work out - It will become a coping mechanism
- Have a cup of ginger or green tea every night
- Make to-do lists ever morning to keep yourself motivated and busy
- Clean whenever you can. It burns calories, keeps your mind off food, and is really good for your mental state
- Workout while watching tv. After a while you’ll feel the urge to work out whenever the tv is on.
- Go to bed earlier so you have less time to snack
- Take measurements once a week

Thin challenges
Does anyone else remember these “thin challenges” that used to be so popular in the 2000’s (back when skinny was what was both desirable and expected). I remember growing up these used to be so common and almost “expected” or all women. Are there anymore that you guys/gals/non binary pals remember or that I’m missing? What are your opinions on the challenges? Do you believe that some people are more “designed” for these challenges or do you think that everyone has the opportunity to beat them if they put in enough work? (ie: born taller or thinner, giving them an “unfair” advantage). I am really curious and would like to hear other opinions!
The Belly Button Challenge
Goal was to be able to turn your arm around your waist and touch your belly button (note: you cannot pull or stretch your arm into position, it must fall naturally to truly count)

Goal was to have your hip bones so prominent when lying down that your bikini would just naturally rest taunt across your body, without touching your stomach.
