Grrrraagghhh tomorrow I need to force myself out of my apartment and into the world instead of rotting all day and spiraling deep into a depressive state........ I am so anxious about feeling unprepared that it is destroying my brain

I am the kind of person who gets more anxious about the lead up to something rather than the actual event itself. I know I am going to be a good teacher and once I've taught a unit or two it'll feel totally natural, but I hate uncertainty like this and I hate waiting.... grrrrr
