kind of an update
I’ve been going to the gym during the week since the semester has started. I even bought an extra pass for the workout classes so i can learn what to do and i’ve seen such an improvement in my body image. it sucks though because my depression is kind of coming back and its like why can’t i have both be fine at the same time.

My top tips after years of this shit :
1. You gotta eat. Honestly, if you want to lose weight and are ok with fainting, not being mentally present, stuttering, forgetting everything, and just generally feeling shitty then by all means, try to survive on 200 calories per day. See how long that lasts ya. See how long you can go without binging.
Let’s be real. If you want to lose weight consistently, without binging, while also being able to hold down a job/keep up in class, you need to eat more. I lose just fine on 800-1200 per day.
2. Intermittent fasting. I eat once or twice a day and have nothing but liquids the rest of the time. I stop eating at least by 4 pm every day until the next morning.
3. Take a fiber supplement. The gummies I have are 50 calories for each day’s dosage. It has saved me so much “constipation grief”; i.e, “I’m not losing because I haven’t pooped in 4 days and I wish I were dead”.
4. Drink more water you punks
5. Fasting/restricting is a mind game. No amount of black coffee, cigarettes, green tea, apple cider whatever the fuck is going to trick your body when you’ve been starving for weeks. THE ONLY THING THAT WILL WORK IS GETTING YOUR FUCKING HEAD IN THE GAME. You need to strengthen your will and toughen your mind. Nothing else is going to stop you from giving in to hunger.
