It's with a heavy but hopeful heart that I watch Palestinian families fundraiser on here, slowly accumulating the precious little money to go around that they need to survive. However, not everyone is so lucky. A lot of Palestinians that have not had that kind of luck, that did not get early verification, that did not get massive platforms behind them from large bloggers, have approached me in my inbox, asking me kindly to do what I can for them. It kills me that I have so little to give myself, but I've seen this platform collectively raise enough to change someone's life. I've made a list of Palestinian fundraisers that are extremely low on funds, in the hope that drawing attention to people who have not been lucky at all can help turn that luck around. I know most of us can't possibly give enough to get all of these families safe in one go. But please, reblog this list. Pick one or two fundraisers, give what you can, and then keep track of it. Slowly, collectively, we can make a difference in these people's lives. plenty of Palestinians from Gaza including Bisan Owda have already spoken about this but ICYMI please don't stop sharing and donating to evacuation campaigns just because the IOF have destroyed boarder crossings and stopped aid. even though they are unable to leave right now, Palestinians in Gaza are still needing and using those funds to buy food and necessities that are price gouged due to limited supply, as well as purchasing e-sims for communication, and raw materials required for rebuilding and providing shelter.

please, don't ignore these campaigns just because their primary goal is escaping. sharing and donating to these funds still helps Palestinians and their families survive day to day. the 5 dollars you give might not get someone across a boarder but it could help a mother buy baby food, get a family a tent, provide a battery, buy a day's supply of water, buy material to repair clothes. it still helps. many of the families I've spoken with say the price-hiking on resources in Gaza is why they've had to change the goal of their campaigns. So, keep sharing, even if you can't donate, and donate when you can.

With that in mind, I'd like to spotlight Fatima's campaign, which is currently at 9.1K/10K goal. Occupation forces destroyed Fatima's family's livelihoods and home, and they have been fleeing on foot and displaced 17 times since October 2023. All funds go towards helping the survival of Fatima and Bilal and their young family of five kids. Please, help them by sharing and/or donating. Follow them @save-fatma-gaza3093

I've been contacted by another Palestinian trapped in Ghazza.

Maram is a young, married mother of 3. She and her family were displaced by the occupation, and she was forced to give birth to her youngest child, Noor, in unsuitable conditions.

They are currently living in a tent without shelter from the elements. Disease, pests, and food shortages are rampant.

The children are traumatized by the bombings. They have been robbed of their childhood and it's imperative that you help them.

Maram's family has a goal of 25,000 pounds in order to evacuate Ghazza. As of now, they have only raised 50.

This family is so young. These children should have a whole life ahead of them, and this mother and father should too.

Please, donate if you're able and share this campaign. As with all families trapped in Ghazza by the occupation, they deserve to live. Help them reach their goal however you can.

Hello! I'm posting this video to draw your attention to the fundraising efforts of @mosabeldali. Mosab is a journalist who is currently displaced in Gaza, as you can see from the video.

His phone was stolen recently, and he needs to raise the funds to buy a new one so he can continue to document what is happening in Gaza, which we know is incredibly important work.

His campaign is extremely low on funds- it currently stands at €30/€50,000. Mosab needs €2,000 to be able to purchase a new phone, and I implore you to help him achieve this goal. A donation of just €5 would make a significant difference.

It is so important that we help boost campaigns like this- I've seen the wonderful things this site is capable of, and I am hoping that we can show the same enthusiasm and support to Mosab as we have to countless other Palestinians who have reached out for our assistance.

Sami's Last Dream: Escaping the Hell of Gaza in Search of Safety

In Gaza, where life has become nothing more than a fight for survival, Sami and His Family are living a never-ending nightmare. Every new day brings more destruction and fear, and what once was a safe home for them has turned into rubble and painful memories.

Their house collapsed entirely before their eyes. The sound of the explosion that destroyed everything, the relentless scene of devastation, and the tears of his children that have not stopped, have all become a constant reality in Sami's life. His three children—Jud, Lin, and Misk—clung to their mother in the corner of the tent that has become their only refuge. But even this tent cannot protect them from the scorching summer heat or the bitter winter cold. ️

Sami has lost everything. The shop that was their only source of income is gone, and now he stands powerless, watching his family suffer, unable to do anything for them. The mother tries to hide her tears, fearing she might break down in front of her children, and the siblings share this pain without knowing when it will end.

Amid all this pain, Sami clings to one last dream—a dream that seems distant but is all he has left. He wants to take his family far away from this hell, to find a safe place where his children can sleep without the fear of bombings, where they can learn and grow without the scars of war. He wants to see his children smile again, to give them a chance at a life stolen from them by the war.

But even this simple dream comes with great challenges. The cost of traveling through the Rafah border crossing is exorbitant—$5,000 per adult and $3,000 per child. With seven family members, these costs are more than just numbers; they are a massive hurdle that Sami cannot overcome alone.

Additionally, there are many other expenses such as securing housing, food, and medical care after leaving Gaza, making the situation even more difficult.

Today, Sami and his family stand on the edge of despair. They need your help now more than ever. And you know what? You have no idea how mentally and emotionally trying this is. Asking for help isn't easy at all, but when I think that the price will be staying alive, getting our basic needs and rebuilding our lives, it pushes me more and more to do this until we reach our goal.

This is Ola, the older sister who is trying to help her family. For 11 months until now, we have been struggling to get proper food after prices increased by 15 to 20 times, struggling to have clean water for use and drinking and now we're out of them all. We are trying to survive under starvation, thirst, and poverty. So please, if you can give help to our campaign, don't hesitate.

fundraising on here is genuinely making me cynical in ways that feel so fucking foul, do you know how it feels to sit here trying to come up with 'strategies' to tell a new interesting story every day to get people's attention for someone surviving a literal genocide. like genuinely i do not want to believe that most people are so thoughtless and careless that they would turn away from mohammed and his family simply because one of my posts doesn't catch their attention like a youtube thumbnail but what am i supposed to think when every 18–24 hours the campaign stagnates again because i miscalibrated and people didn't see a perfectly cute kid photo or enough coloured text. idek what to say i wish that i had a million krona and i would just fund the whole thing and not ever think about how to package a story so that a genocide can generate compelling social media posts day in and day out. it's the polar fucking opposite of how i ever want to think about this atrocity it makes me feel dirty and slimy and not even dirty enough to be reliably succeeding. i just want people to fucking care enough for them to buy a packet of biscuit rations on the black market and it's like pulling fucking teeth

Here's an updated Salah posted last night, after he and his family were displaced for the sixth time:

Please help us, we are being subjected to genocide in Gaza. Hours ago, a house was bombed next to the place where we are and escaped death miraculously. Help us get out of Gaza in order to preserve our children.

Though Salah and Manar started out with the hopes of rebuilding, they've now made the difficult choice to begin saving up for an evacuation. Their campaign, however, is still very low on funds, and its been stagnating completely for the last few days, leaving them with barely enough for their immediate survival.
