        Like many that didn’t quite enjoy the end for Satoru, this primary headcanon expands into his survival verse where he does grow older && lives into his 40’s. It’s unusual the Six Eyes heritor was capable of longevity in his mortal form as the previous heirs died rather young (35 being the cut off where most reached their demise) because of this peculiar trait, the curse does evolve. What does this mean? Essentially, it starts to reflect the depths of one’s soul, when gazing into Satoru’s eyes the hue will change to reflect the or mimic the outer color of the other sorcerer or beings essence. One could see the depth of the endless blue skies or perhaps a greyer hue that results into the turmoil of a storm, perhaps, nothing - void, vacant, eerie where the murky color of milky white is all that gazes back. Satoru also notes that he can sense heart beat per second, when it fluctuates from fear, anxiety, excitement, ect.

       Due to this, his eyes are constantly bound where he can no longer lean on the usage of dark lenses as they have become too sensitive. The sun is rather jarring for him (this plays directly on his vampiric symbolism, shh) hence his reclusive nature in his older years. Once more, this is an oddity even deemed an anomaly within the Gōjo Clan as they’re unaware of the evolution of the curse since the previous successors all died in their earlier years making Satoru the first to be documented to ‘grow’ with such a unique attribute. It does place him further on the deity tier far away from that of a normal mortal, but it is important to remember he is still just that - mortal.

              I don’t also want to put this under a cut as there is nothing suggestive about how Satoru expresses his gender identity. Considering he leans more to nonbinary but uses masculine terms, he really doesn’t think too much when it comes to dressing himself in particular styles except for how they look in status. Canonically, it’s known he prefers luxury as Megumi did hint he spends a fortune on clothing whereas Nobara was softly freaking out about spilling a beverage on his shirt.

      He doesn’t mind specific terms as Satoru asserts himself solely through his godhood, that in itself is everything to him, as he views himself above mortal concepts && cannot understand such arbitrary rules. It is typically common for him to bind with a sarashi when in traditional attire whereas modern day it’s difficult to notice as most if not all of the Gojo Clan sway into an androgynous territory. It is made more interesting by the fact that predominantly the clan is female based, male children are exceptionally rare, except for Satoru where the vessel of the Six Eyes is fluid in their gender.

     There have been previous incarnations that take the form of multiple identities, it is not concrete, the curse solely looks for a living being && one who is ready to accept that they will know the truth even when they yearn to be deceived. He does become increasingly annoyed with anyone that acts ‘shocked’ about his physical form, even finding it downright insulting. This does not hinder him from modern relationships or intimacy but he won’t stay with partners that cannot accept him wholly (Satoru and relationships is another spectrum considering he gravitates to those who are physically strong / can defeat him / or flat out kill him).

       (He wants an equal, not someone that he must care for as he is constantly called away) This is also why I tend to stray away from the trope of the higher ups denying Satoru any right on the basis of his gender; they breathe solely because he wills it, nothing, no one, not even the elders of jushiki society would dare to stop the modern deity. I also find the trope to be harmful in general but that’s another subject within itself. Anyway, his wardrobe does lean to a more masculine style but it’s common to see him also in ‘feminine’ color schemes (white, red, jelly pink on his nails) or in ultra lux expensive heels, Satoru puts no measurement on such things, if he enjoys the look then that is all that matters. Which goes into his grooming from light makeup, to his hairstyle, ect.
