His hand was now near the top of my thigh, I couldn’t even focus on what was being said anymore. My blood was boiling and my mind was failing me. All this time in hell and I hadn’t had sex with anyone. Feeling that touch oh so near, was killing me.

All I could focus on now was Val, how warm he felt, how tall he was, how strong he seemed, the way he smelled, the feel of his arm tightly holding me close and the touch of that hand so very close.

I could faintly hear Angel calling my name as my mind spun. Then Val’s hand suddenly left my thigh and I heard him whisper in my ear, “Pequeña, we’re going.”

My eyes widened with shock before narrowing to glare at him. “Who ever said I was yours.” I sharply jutted my head up and out of his grip.

Another chuckle and a wide, devious grin. “I may not own you, but you are mine.”

A blue chain suddenly appeared around my neck, yanking me forward, I fell to the floor with a thud, on my hands and knees in front of the man who owned my soul.

I looked up to see Vox smirking down at me. How did I get here?

As usual the bar was packed and I was run off my feet fetching everyone’s drinks. I generally don’t pay much attention to my customers, they’re either jerks or molesters. But when a familiar voice asked me for a scotch, I stopped for a minute and actually looked the customer in the face. “Vox, here again.”

“Hello Dear. So you work at this bar?”

“Unfortunately. Better than some jobs though.”

“I don’t believe I ever got your name.”

“Oh... and do you expect to get it now?” I gave him a cheeky smile and a wink. “Here’s your scotch.”
