This weekend some neighbors had a shed and some trees go up in flames. That was absolutely terrifying, the wind was blowing the embers directly at our house. We live just around the corner from the fire department, and they got it out really quickly but the speed that the blaze went up?

Also, for anyone not in the know, a hekatomb was a standard ancient Greek offering where they'd slaughter and offer like, 100 oxen or some ridiculous number like that to the gods. It was both feast and public sacrifice to the gods.

I know you're not supposed to use your teeth and nails as tools because it's not good for them, but every time i get the opportunity my caveman brain is like:

Okay so like to do the procedure they had to kind of shove my intestines out of the way, right? Which makes sense. The intestines are all kinda right there in the same area as the uterus and Fallopian tubes.

I had two whole organs removed on Wednesday and honestly? I'd recommend it.
