Yes, obviously, but it’s worse than that. They have already shown that people can and will be deported for no reason with no due process, so where is the limit? When will they start deporting political opposition? How about whistleblowers? Anyone that isn’t buying into the bullshit? The danger of allowing fascists into government isn’t just that they’ll hurt people and ruin things, it’s that they do everything they can to entrench their own power. I don’t know if it’s possible to beat Trump in 2028 because the vote may just be a complete farce.
These are the things revolutions are made of

Desperate Plea: A Call For Relife‼️ 🥀
Tumblr media
Hello, It's Momen Al Madhoun, writing from the most miserable area in the whole world, I am deeply thankful to all of you. Your support means the world to my family
🍉🍉🍉 I urgently plead you to keep sharing our campaign with your friends, family, and acquaintances
15 months have passed as if it were 15 years, and suffering increasing day after day 😔 Our health is decaying, we have NO IMMUNITY to fight diseases. No healthy food to feed our worn cells. Finding a quiet, clean place for us to get some rest is IMPOSSIBLE! I'm in urgent need of serious financial support so that I can take action and save my family! Our faces speak the misery we're going through! my children can't bear the ruthlessness of war life… pain and cold does not allow either of them to sleep 💔
Tumblr media
I found in drawing a way to relieve stress and describe what we are experiencing, but even this i was deprived of, due to the difficulty of obtaining good internet and electricity for a sufficient time If you are interested in art, you can check I my blog I and find my artworks, i hope you will share them and support me to continue fighting and trying Every share and donation brings us one step closer to saving my family's lives. Your support, no matter how small, holds the power to rescue my loved ones from grave danger There are no words can describe how many times we have been displaced The situation we're living now is really hard to imagine Where do we Go?
Tumblr media
Imagine the vastness of this universe, we cannot escape to a safe place far from the war
🍉🍉🍉 We rely on your donations to have a shelter and provide basic daily necesseties. We need your contributions and support with us, no matter how small it may be for you, but it makes a difference for my family 🙏🏻 Please, Support us with 10$, 25$, or any donation you can make and it will be really appreciated 🙏🏻

Holding up snarky signs doesn't seem to be working.
For me, it isn't about whether this action is appropriate or not. It's about how this kind of action is inevitable.
I'm going to let Dr. Martin Luther King Jr. explain in a quote no one seems to post during his annual holiday.
"It is not enough for me to stand before you tonight and condemn riots. It would be morally irresponsible for me to do that without, at the same time, condemning the contingent, intolerable conditions that exist in our society. These conditions are the things that cause individuals to feel that they have no other alternative than to engage in violent rebellions to get attention. And I must say tonight that a riot is the language of the unheard. And what is it America has failed to hear?"
If you only speak up about a supercharger catching fire and ignore the unheard, you are prioritizing a thing over people.

Let these be the photos that mark tonight.
This evening, Rep. Al Green of Texas was forcibly removed from the joint session of Congress by the sergeant-at-arms for standing up and yelling “You have no mandate to cut Medicaid.” during the president’s address.
“He is a person who has consistently used incivility against civility,” Green said.
“I’m willing to suffer whatever punishment is available to me,” he continued. “I didn’t say to anyone, ‘Don’t punish me.’ I’ve said I’ll accept the punishment, but it’s worth it to let people know that there are some of us who are going to stand up against this president’s desire to cut Medicaid, Medicare and Social Security.”
“This is about the people who are being punished by virtue of losing their health care,” he added. “This is the richest country in the world, and we have people who don’t have good health care.” (Per HuffPost)

So, I’ve been thinking a lot about how I imagine the final duel between Zoro and Mihawk going, and I think I have a credible idea.
I imagine a battle beginning like their first. Mihawk is winning, though it’s clearly more even than before. Zoro doesn’t take any major damage, and he manages to get a few cuts on Mihawk as well. Soon enough, they feel that it is time to end things. That is when Zoro sheaths his swords, and takes the Wado from his hip. He shuts his eyes and focuses, her face above him with the moon behind her fills his mind, from that night when they made that promise.
“Ittoryu Iai: Tenshi Sonson (一刀流 「居合」 天使歌歌)”
(One sword style; Angel Song)
Zoro unsheaths the Wado, letting blinding white light shine from the blade as it escapes the scabbard. Even so, Mihawk keeps his “hawk eyes” on Zoro, clashing with him. In that moment however, Mihawk doesn’t see Zoro rushing towards him. He sees a young woman, looking back at him.
The sound of their blades clanging together rings out like a holy bell. Zoro sheaths his sword. It is done. Yoru falls apart, bisected where the blades met, and Mihawk has a slash across his abdomen. Mihawk puts what’s left of Yoru on his back, turning to face Zoro with his hands outstretched.
“Scars on the back are a swordsman’s shame”
Zoro slashes across Mihawk’s chest in a mirror for the cut Mihawk gave him all those years ago. Zoro then turns away, holding the Wado up to the heavens.
“We did it. Could you hear me?”
To his surprise, the bleeding Mihawk answers.
“I’m sure she did. I saw that she came to watch.”
A few tears drop at Zoro’s feet.

Don’t believe the Liberal Lies People!
Donald Trump is a genius, and he didn’t “accidentally” make everyone in the US female by defining sex as what you were at conception!
He’s doing this so he could actually be the first Female President!
And he’s so brave for using pronouns that don’t align with his sex at conception.
Let’s hear it at our Madam President, and his First Ladies, Melania and Elon!

Not to mention how “protecting” them is more weaponized against perceived threats instead of any actual internalization of their vulnerabilities
I think the hardest part about addressing child abuse is getting people to acknowledge, not just intellectually but actually responding accordingly, is that the biggest threat to children, the biggest risk of abuse, is family and parents.
it is of course most often parents who are crowing about needing to protect children (often against far smaller threats than family), and pointing out that they are, statistically, the biggest threat to their kids is not gonna be received well.

Call me a commie if you want.
How it works is that people do work, generating capital in some sense, say selling items, doing services, etc.
However, there are corporate profits and money made to upkeep the business. Where does it come from? Well, it comes from the workers only receiving a portion of what they generate. I consider this economic extractivism.
To a degree, I think this is acceptable. Every worker accepts a little loss for the opportunity to generate profit, and the business is maintained as a result. However, it needs to be somewhat equitable in order to be moral.
In our current system, there are corporate level individuals that do not provide any value, and do not maintain the system to an equitable degree, so they simply siphon profit off the backs of the workers while lowering their average wages, and downsizing their teams. As a result, each worker is expected to generate a larger quantity of profit with a lower proportion for themselves, and less support in doing their jobs.
Capitalism itself can be a workable system, but the key issue is the Neoliberal myth of the “free market”.
No market is truly free, because economic success prolongs itself by its ability to harm competitors or artificially inflate its own availability. However, most capitalists overlook this in their meritocratic analysis of the system.
Additionally, a free market is not something you want. Free markets would fully reject regulations, like those that protect consumers, say through the FDA, or those that protect workers, such as through Unions or OSHA.
Personally, I would argue that a system with bipartisan control over the market, such as through safety, quality, and worker standards is ideal, though we are stuck in this place where the options are a black and white duality between communism/socialism or libertarian capitalists, where I don’t know that either are fully ideal.
