The thing I hate most about this pandemic is that so many people are still on conspiracy theories and thinking the government is hiding stuff from the when there was an exact situation that proved that if new information comes out and is accepted it becomes part of the story.

Since the beginning scientists have been screaming this virus was airborne. But they had no proof. So did they screen shot secret messages? No. Did they create YouTube videos with horrible graphics and editing? Also no. Did they create spam accounts on Twitter and post to every person in the twittersphere their theory? No.

They did studies. Study after study after study. Every single possible mode of transmission was explored. And in the beginning it was shrugged off. Because airborne would be too hard to contain and mean more panic.

So what did they do? MORE STUDIES. More and more and more studies until the proof was so undeniable that governments and regulatory health bodies had to take them seriously and start using risk mitigation factors for airborne transmission.

Conspiracy theories can be facts if you use the right methods to prove them. Scientists worldwide showed that over the past 1.5 years. Conspiracy theorists have no excuse.

I love the idea that Luke is just fuckoff powerful in the Force but he doesn’t even know, because he has no idea there even are limits. So like, he tosses people around without even lifting a finger, uses Jedi mind-tricks just by speaking, projects himself halfway across the known universe just to fuck with his nephew, and it’s all stuff Jedi in the Republic would have considered utterly impossible but Luke never even learned that much so for him it’s just another Tuesday.
