Your Text:

"Izuku, I need you! Please come quick!!"

His Reaction:

Instant panic mode.

Heart? Racing. Hands? Sweating. Brain? SHORT-CIRCUITING.

Immediately thinks you’re being attacked, kidnapped, or worse.

"O-oh my god! I’m on my way!!"

Sprints out of his dorm at FULL SPEED.

Doesn’t even think about grabbing anything—just runs like his life depends on it.

Arrives breathless, panting, eyes darting around for danger.

"Where?! What happened?! Are you hurt?! Do I need to call someone?!—"

You point at the spider on the ceiling.

Blink. Blink. Processing… ERROR.

He stares at you. Then at the spider. Then back at you.

"…So you’re… not in danger?"

You shake your head, giving him an innocent smile.

You have never seen a man deflate so fast.

Rubs the back of his head, chuckling awkwardly. "Oh. Uh… yeah. I got this."

Calmly captures the spider and takes it outside, but internally? STILL RECOVERING FROM A HEART ATTACK.

Still asks if you’re okay at least three more times before leaving.

Bonus: He apologizes for freaking out, but also subtly reminds you that you should probably clarify next time.

Shoto Todoroki

Your Text:

"Shoto, please come quickly. It’s urgent."

His Reaction:

Doesn’t ask questions. Doesn’t hesitate.

IMMEDIATELY on his way.

Completely stone-faced but his brain is already running through worst-case scenarios.

Arrives at your place within MINUTES, his expression unreadable.

"I’m here. What’s wrong?"

You dramatically point to the ceiling.

He follows your gaze. Sees the tiny spider. Looks back at you.

Silence.

The longest, most painful silence.

He just… stares at you.

"…This is why you called me?"

You nod.

Another long pause. You swear you hear the Windows error sound in his head.

Without a word, he raises his hand and freezes the spider in a tiny ice cube.

Still staring at you. Still saying NOTHING.

Finally, he exhales. "…Would you like me to stay for emotional support?"

You say yes. He stays. But you don’t miss the way he gives you one long, deadpan look every few minutes.

Bonus: Todoroki never says it, but now every time you text him, he automatically assumes it’s spider-related.

Tenya Iida 

Your Text:

"Iida, I NEED HELP ASAP!!"

His Reaction:

IMMEDIATELY ON HIGH ALERT.

Slams his book shut, stands up so fast his chair falls over.

"I’M ON MY WAY!"

Grabs his emergency first aid kit because OF COURSE HE DOES.

Sprints to your location at full speed, engines roaring.

Practically kicks your door down.

"ARE YOU INJURED?! WHO DID THIS?! DO I NEED TO CALL THE AUTHORITIES?!"

You just wordlessly point to the spider chilling on your wall.

He stops. Looks at the spider. Looks back at you.

Adjusts his glasses, pushing them up with two fingers.

"…(Y/N). This is NOT what constitutes an emergency."

Still removes the spider because he’s an absolute gentleman.

But then proceeds to give you a five-minute lecture on proper emergency protocol.

"What if I had called the police?! Do you understand the magnitude of this miscommunication?!"

You’re just sitting there, nodding, pretending to listen while trying not to laugh.

Bonus: Next time, he still shows up at top speed—but he enters the room muttering, “If this is another spider, I swear…”

Denki Kaminari

Your Text:

"Denki, HELP!!!"

His Reaction:

PANIC. PANIC. PANIC.

"OH SHIT—HOLD ON, I’M COMING, BABE!!"

Runs out the door so fast he nearly faceplants.

Almost electrocutes himself in his rush to grab his phone and shoes.

Shows up at your door looking like he just ran a marathon.

"Where’s the villain?! Are we being attacked?! I’LL FIGHT SOMEONE—"

You point to the spider.

He follows your gaze. Blinks. Stares.

"…Bruh."

Goes completely silent for a full five seconds before BURSTING INTO LAUGHTER.

Doubles over, clutching his stomach. He CANNOT BREATHE.

You stand there, arms crossed, pouting as he wheezes.

Finally calms down enough to wipe away a tear.

"Babe… I thought you were DYING."

Still giggling, he grabs a shoe and smacks the spider, then turns to you with the dumbest grin.

"Crisis averted, ma’am. Your hero has saved the day!"

You smack his arm, but he just pulls you into a hug, still laughing.

“God, I love you, but you’re so dumb.”

Bonus: Will NEVER let you live this down. Brings it up at every opportunity. “Hey, remember that time you called me over for a spider? Iconic.”

Mirio Togata 

Your Text:

"Mirio, I NEED YOU RIGHT NOW. HELP!!"

His Reaction:

His hero instincts kick in immediately.

Drops whatever he’s doing.

"DON’T WORRY, (Y/N), I’M ON MY WAY!"

FULL-ON SPRINTS TO YOUR PLACE.

Busts through the door dramatically like he’s here to fight a supervillain.

"WHERE IS IT?! WHO HURT YOU?!"

You shakily point at the spider in the corner of your ceiling.

…Processing…

The realization hits. You see his whole body physically relax.

Covers his mouth, trying so hard not to laugh.

"Ohhh, I see the problem now. This is a high-level threat." 

Picks up the spider with his bare hands and carries it outside like it’s no big deal.

Turns back to you, grinning. "Do I get a reward for my heroism? Maybe a kiss?" 

He absolutely hams it up, flexing like he just saved the world.

You roll your eyes but kiss him anyway, and he BEAMS.

Bonus: Next time, when you text him, he replies with, "Spider or actual emergency? 😆" before coming over.

Hanta Sero 

Your Text:

"Sero, I need you RIGHT NOW. It’s an emergency!!"

His Reaction:

Spits out his drink. IMMEDIATE PANIC.

"WHAT?! BE THERE IN A SEC!"

Uses his tape to SWING to your location like Spider-Man.

Bursts in, slightly out of breath. "Okay, okay! What’s going on? Are we fighting?!"

You dramatically point at the spider on your desk.

Processing…

Face goes COMPLETELY BLANK.

Slowly turns to you. "…Babe. You texted me like you were about to get kidnapped."

You just nod, staring at the spider like it’s the devil.

Lets out the LONGEST sigh but still grabs a cup and a paper to get rid of it.

"I love you, but I also hate you for this."

Throws the spider out the window like a frisbee, then flops on your bed dramatically.

"I think I need a minute to recover from the heart attack you just gave me."

You laugh and offer to buy him a snack as an apology. He perks up immediately.

"Oh, now we're talking!"

Bonus: From now on, whenever you text him, he replies with, "Spider or actual life-or-death situation? I need to mentally prepare."

Koji Koda 

Your Text:

"Koji, please come fast! I NEED HELP!"

His Reaction:

Heart stops. Literal heart attack.

Sweating. Panic. Can barely type back.

"O-okay! I’m coming!! Hang on!"

Literally sprints to your room, almost trips on the way.

Bursts in, looking frantic.

"Are you okay?! What happened?!"

You shakily point at the spider chilling in the corner.

Absolute, complete silence.

Koji just stands there, processing.

Sweatdrop.

"…O-oh. Um. That’s… that’s the emergency?"

You nod, gripping his sleeve for dear life.

Despite his absolute RELIEF, he’s way too nice to be mad.

Instead, he gently talks to the spider. "U-um… please don’t scare (Y/N)… I’ll take you outside now, okay?"

The spider just… listens. It CRAWLS ONTO HIS HAND WILLINGLY.

You scream. He shushes you softly. "D-don’t worry! He’s just scared too!"

Gently takes it outside, talking to it the whole way.

Comes back, rubbing his neck awkwardly. "U-um… maybe next time, just call me instead of texting so scary?"

Bonus: Koji is now your official spider-removal service. He’ll even name them if you let him.

Mashirao Ojiro 

Your Text:

"OJIRROOOO PLEASE HELP ME IT’S AN EMERGENCY!!!"

His Reaction:

Mid-training session. Immediately stops what he’s doing.

"What?! Are you okay?? I’m coming!!"

DASHES TO YOUR ROOM AT FULL SPEED.

Tail twitching aggressively. He’s ready to FIGHT.

BURSTS IN, breathing heavily. "Are you hurt?! What’s happening?!"

You dramatically point to the spider on your ceiling.

He follows your gaze. Stares at it. Then stares at you.

"…(Y/N)."

He takes a DEEP, DEEP breath.

Pinches the bridge of his nose.

"I thought you were DYING."

You just pout, clinging to his arm. "It has eight legs, Mashirao."

He sighs, but there’s a tiny, affectionate smile.

Grabs a tissue, climbs on your bed, and SWATS the spider like a ninja.

Casually tosses it in the trash, then crosses his arms.

"Okay. But next time, maybe be a LITTLE more specific?"

Still stays for a bit just to make sure you’re okay.

Bonus: Whenever you text him now, he replies with, "Spider again?" before even reading the message.

Izuku Midoriya

Immediate panic.

His brain short-circuits as soon as your fingers brush against his.

Visibly stiffens, blush creeping up his neck.

"Oh—uh—I—sorry!" He flails a little, pulling his hand back like he just touched a live wire.

Goes into a spiral of overthinking (Was that on purpose? Did they notice? What does it mean?!).

Avoids eye contact for at least ten minutes but keeps sneaking glances at your hands.

If you don’t seem bothered, he tries to casually “accidentally” touch your hand again.

If you tease him about it, he gets even redder but stammers out something dorky like, "It—it was nice, though!"

Shoto Todoroki

Freezes completely.

He stares at your hands touching, his brain buffering.

"Oh." He says it so softly like it’s the most fascinating thing in the world.

Doesn’t move his hand away immediately because he’s too busy processing the warmth of your skin.

If you act casual, he might not even mention it.

If you fluster easily, he gets curious and might brush his fingers against yours again just to see you react.

Secretly enjoys it way more than he lets on.

Tenya Iida

Immediate, dramatic reaction.

"OH! I—I APOLOGIZE!" Yanks his hand back so fast you barely realize what happened.

Bows slightly like he’s committed a crime.

Probably starts lecturing himself out loud about "personal space" and "proper conduct between friends."

Blushes all the way to his ears.

If you laugh, he becomes even more flustered but smiles at you shyly.

If you casually brush your hand against his again, he short-circuits but secretly loves it.

Denki Kaminari

Immediate, dramatic overreaction.

"OH—so we’re holding hands now? NICE!" Grins like an idiot but is absolutely internally screaming.

Might jokingly lace your fingers together for a second just to tease you.

Flirty on the outside, a mess on the inside.

If you pull away shyly, he instantly melts.

"Aww, don’t be shy! We can do it again if you want~" Winks but is actually very nervous.

His brain replays the moment for the rest of the day.

Mirio Togata

Completely unbothered.

"Oh! Looks like we’re connected now!" Gives you the most radiant smile ever.

Gently squeezes your fingers before pulling away like it’s the most natural thing in the world.

If you seem shy about it, he might casually grab your hand again just to tease you.

100% chill but definitely thinking, "Wow, their hands are soft."

If you bring it up later, he’ll just laugh and say, "Want to do it again?"

Hanta Sero

Smirks immediately.

"Oh? We holdin’ hands now? Cute."

Doesn’t move his hand away for a few seconds just to see your reaction.

Super casual about it but secretly finds it adorable if you get flustered.

If you pull away quickly, he’ll tease you. "What, I don’t bite~" but is secretly a little bummed you let go.

If you act normal, he just rolls with it and might "accidentally" do it again.

Koji Koda

Immediately panics.

Face turns beet red, ears included.

Looks at you like a deer caught in headlights.

"S-Sorry!" Voice so soft you barely hear it.

Pulls his hand away instantly, even though he kind of liked it.

Too shy to bring it up again but will definitely think about it for the rest of the day.

If you casually touch his hand again later, he might pass out from flustered happiness.

Mashirao Ojiro

Surprisingly smooth about it.

"Oh, my bad." But doesn’t seem uncomfortable at all.

Gives you a soft smile but secretly feels his heartbeat speed up.

If you get flustered, he finds it super cute.

Might casually do it again later just to test your reaction.

If you keep acting normal, he will pretend it’s no big deal, but inside, he’s a little giddy.

you watch as the sun sets over the UA dorms, casting the world in a golden glow. you sat with tenya on one of the benches lining the path from the dorms to the main school building. the two of you sat in a comfortable but tension charged silence. you could feel each time he adjusted his position, slowly getting closer to you. you felt your pinkie tips brush against one another, the contact making you flinch before relaxing again. 

your heart pounded in your chest, your eyes flickering to tenya’s face. his eyes are already trained on you, his cheeks flushed and lips parted. your body angles toward tenya, your nails digging into the concrete bench holding the two of you. was this it? was he finally gonna kiss you?

tenya clears his throat, his head ducking as his gaze locks onto the dirt floor below your feet. he pushes his glasses up his nose from where they had slid down before standing up, offering you a hand, “we should head inside.”

your eyebrows furrow up at him, your lips parted as you think of what to say. this is how’d it been for weeks, you knew tenya wanted to take things slow, and you did too, but not this slow. you easily stand up on your own, ignoring tenya’s hand, a look of dismay crossing his face. 

“will you ever kiss me?” you posed, your arms moving to hug yourself as tenya sputters. 

“y/n—” he hesitated, his arms twitching at his sides, wanting to comfort you, but you wanted to take things slow. the problem was tenya waited for you to make moves, not wanting to rush or pressure you. 

“listen, I’ll see you in class, just.. get your thoughts together.” you say, walking past tenya into the 1A dorm building. you gave a simple greeting to everyone before getting a dish of dinner and sitting beside mina on the couch. 

“you just get back from hanging out with iida? how was itttt?” mina drags out, giddy over the class couple. you sigh, beginning to dig into the dinner your classmates prepared. 

“well when he first asked me out he told me he wanted to take things slow, and i totally get it! i’m the same way.. but it’s been weeks and all we’ve done is held hands, twice.” you rant, your voice hushed as to not attract everyone’s attention. mina listens attentively as she eats, nodding along to your words. 

“well—” she cuts herself off, finishing her bite and swallowing before continuing, “i think you’ve gotta talk to him about it, he’ll never know for sure otherwise,” she advised, leading you to sigh before nodding. 

“i know.. i’ll do it tomorrow, when we’ve both got clear heads, y’know?” you stand up from the couch, padding over to the sink to rinse your dish. you bid an early goodnight to everyone before heading to your dorm.

unbeknownst to you, your rant travels from mina to jiro, and from jiro to denki and tokoyami. the two boys, denki dragging tokoyami along approach tenya, the boy looking up at them confused.

“yes? what is it, kaminari?” he asks the blonde, a tense smile on his face. 

“we’ve gotta talk,” denki says, grabbing tenya’s arm and attempting to pull him away. tenya stands up, placing his dish on the counter to come back to. denki sighs in relief as he now guides both tenya and tokoyami to the first floor hallway, devoid of any listening ears, besides jiro maybe. 

“listen, bud, we know you and y/n are struggling right now,” the blonde starts off, placing his hand 'soothingly' on tenya’s shoulder. tenya’s eyebrows furrow at the boy, grasping his wrist and placing his hand back at his side, “we’re what?”

tokoyami shakes his head, nudging kaminari’s shoulder with his own, “kaminari doesn’t mean that. we’ve heard that you two got into a small altercation in your relationship.” the dark haired boy starts off, “we’re here to assist you in clearing it up.”

tenya’s eyes widen slightly, his face flushing at the mention of your guys’ relationship. denki grins at the boy’s reaction resting his elbow on tokoyami’s shoulder he leans forward, pointing a finger gun at tenya. 

“so spill them juicy secrets, glasses boy!” the blonde urges, flashing a pearly grin. tenya sighs, disheartened by having the electric boy help fix his relationship. he takes his glasses off, massaging the bridge of his nose briefly before replacing his glasses once again. 

“we were outside, just sitting on one of the benches and when i suggested we go inside, she asked ‘will you ever kiss me,’ and then walked inside. i was waiting for her to initiate anything because she said she also wanted to take our relationship slow.” tenya vents to the two boys, tokoyami nodding in tandem with tenya’s words and denki staring blankly as he listens. 

“well—”

“obviously she wants you to kiss her, and usually girls want guys to make the first move, tenya buddy. i know you’re just being a gentleman and all, but trust me, girls like it when the guy initiates it.” denki insights, clueless to his violet-haired girlfriend’s rolling eyes as she listens in. 

“best course of action would probably be to kiss her tomorrow, as soon as you see her,” denki advises as Tenya’s gaze flickers from the blonde to the dark haired boy, who only nods in agreement. 

tenya goes back to the kitchen, cleaning up as if in a trance. he collected all the dishes from everyone, washing each of them in silence as he contemplated how he should approach you. eventually he retires to his dorm room, rolling restlessly in the early hours of the night before finally passing out.

the next morning, you and mina are heading to the school building, walking side by side before you hear your name get called, you turn your head watching as tenya speeds over to you. you hear mina yelp as she’s pulled away by kaminari, but before you can respond to that tenya’s less than a foot away from you, his hand cupping your cheek, his own cheeks flushed. 

“yes?” you ask timidly, feeling your cheeks heat at the notion. 

“may i kiss you?” he murmurs, his nose already brushing yours as you nod. you feel his slightly chapped lips melt against yours, your hand moving to wrap around his neck before you hear a familiar voice. 

“IT'S EIGHT IN THE GODDAMN MORNING, I DO NOT WANT TO SEE FOUR EYES SWAPPING SPIT!” bakugo yells from a few feet behind you two, causing the two of you to part. you look past tenya to see bakugo with ochako on his arm, grumbling as she berates him for ruining the moment. you chuckle softly before turning back to tenya, planting a gentle peck on his lips before taking his hand in yours, “thank you,”

“my pleasure,” he says softly as the two of you continue to walk, now ready to start the day.

He was always fixing his clothes around you, trying to make sure both of his shoes were tied, etceteria. He couldn't do much with his hair but he tried his hardest to be presentable.

stutters so bad trying to talk to you. “c-c-can.. jeez. um. can I um.. can I borrow that marker? when you're um.. when you're done, y/n?”

obviously it gets better but it gets much much worse first.

often invites you to play imessage games when he wants to talk but is too nervous whatever he has to say isn't interesting enough

tries to get your favorite kind of coffee when you're having a bad day, wanting to be the person you leaned on. he knew how hard school could be and how hard being a heroine would be. it's the least he can do.

asks if you want to go on his morning runs with him, it gave you two time to talk about things he couldnt spit out over text :)

offers the last bite of his food, always saving some to the side for you to try. you had always been pretty indecisive on what you wanted to eat and he picked up on it. so he made sure he'd save a bite or two for you of whatever he had. this started more as a habit of ‘wanting you to eat’ he couldn't understand why it could be related to his oh so private feelings

often rests a hand on your back whether rubbing it or guiding you through the hallway.

always trying to help, hovering over you as you cooked for yourself, weasling his way to helping you cut vegetables. Or carries your laundry, thinking how beneficial it would be to just do both loads at the same time.

covers the corner of tables as you storm by, ranting about something that really pissed you off. he'd always be there to listen and agree with you.

will wait those few last seconds so you aren't late, alone. he'd never risk his punctuality for anyone.. but he couldn't help but wait for you. Its like you made him stuck.

realizes he has a crush by getting something he'd thought you'd like at the mall, some charm bracelet you might not wear but your favorite characters had been on it. He gave it to you as a “good job on sportsmanship”? Thats what he tells you anyhow.

He's honestly a breath of fresh air and is actually very chill as a roomie

He is very considerate of you and is like an older brother at times (maybe kinda like a dad too)

You both have cute little study sessions when exams are nearing

Is very accepting of everything you do like belting high notes in the shower (he snickers when your voice cracks)
