okay so i really don’t enjoy rants but i’ll put in my two cents about people commenting all over content creators in hermitcraft not uploading hermitcraft videos all the time:
it’s incredibly stupid. just why? the requirements to join hermitcraft don’t say that the people on there are obligated to upload a constant stream of content?? if there was a problem then the hermits would address that person specifically. it’s just so frustrating seeing people so entitled on the internet that they demand a specific entertainment from someone they don’t even pay to watch.
it costs you absolutely nothing to watch other hermits, re-watch content, watch their new content, ect. some people may feel burnt out and want to branch out. if you don’t like that content, it’s too bad? there’s plenty of alternatives rather than going to someone’s comment section and being rude. you do not directly pay the hermits for content and it costs you nothing to unsubscribe and watch something else. heck, if nobody likes what they post, it only hurts them, not you.
it is really, really not difficult to be a decent person online. you are not entitled to a person’s time, and they are not your personal entertainers. they’re content creators posting what they love to do and you most definitely don’t need to step all over that. just, please, be kind and be conscientious of what you say or post online.
