In memory of the Umbrella Movement and of Nathan Law (羅冠聰), who just got shipped out to prison this week because the Department of Justice in Hong Kong decided to make “an example” of him and his peers, some three years after the Umbrella Movement began.
This touching story is about one of Nathan’s fellow student union members, about how they met back in university and how the storming of Civic Square played out for them – then, and now.
More context about the case and unfair sentencing.

Yesterday, I was great. I made flash cards, read the scientific articles I needed to read for class... Today, I took two naps and surfed the internet... Crap.

Attempts at decorating with chocolate were only semi-successful. Much more fun than studying for class though!
