SUNA: puts his car keys on a lanyard and keeps the string hanging out of his sweats/shorts. Swings it around and hits the twins w it on “accident.” Doesn’t have anything unnecessary on it. Literally just the car + house keys. Puts his hood on and ties the drawstrings rlly tight around his face, only loosens it when kita is speaking. Covers his eyes w it and tells Atsumu he can’t hear him. “Yer ears aren’t closed you bastard.” .....silence.... just crickets from Suna’s end. Has a pocket knife shoved somewhere in his console. Told Osamu it was for when he finally decided to get rid of them for good when they kept messing around w his shit. Has car rules. No, you’re not allowed to touch the aux. (actually his car probably has Bluetooth but anyway) Always smells really good. (Both him + the car) No crumbs, he’ll kill you. Omg He revs his fcking engine!!!! Obnoxiously!!!!Seat is always pretty far back (his legs are long) Doesn’t keep a wallet. He only carries around his credit card and license, so they’re in those leather card carriers and he keeps it in his pocket. When he works out alone, he likes wearing those skinny headbands to push his hair out of his face. Keeps extra hair ties for his gf. Wears a black one on his wrist at all times, just in case. Has a picture of his girl in that little mirror thing that comes down/folds from the top of the drivers seat. Also has one in his phone. If it’s a clear case, it will he seen. He doesn’t care. Wallpaper is also his girl. Home screen would be the two of u. Mwah babyyyyy💖💖💖💖

Floral Prince

Warnings: swearing, Tendou being sad

The past couple of weeks hadn’t been the best for Tendou, he was falling back into insecurities that he had almost forgotten existed, he had become more distant with the team, he had become more distant with you. He was in his own, transforming into his own worst enemy once more, and you couldn’t bear it any longer.

“Where are we going?” He asked, curiosity getting the better of him as you dragged him down the side streets of Sendai.

“You’ll see when we get there.” You replied, a small smile on your face as you looked back at the boy.

You raced down sidewalks, through alleys, by old railway lines. Then you reached your destination. Before the two of you stood a sprawling field that seemed to continue for miles, covered in small daisies and buttercups. The grass was lush, green mounds stretching up, hills begging to be rolled down.

“This is where I used to come as a kid when I needed to get away,” you mumbled, “I thought you might want to get away too.” You dared not look up at the boy case he shrugged of this sacred place as ‘just a field’. You missed the tears forming in the corners of his eyes as he stared down at you, the awed look on his face, wondering why you would show him your special place.

“...T-thank you, sunshine” Tendou stuttered out through his tears, the sound of his voice breaking forcing you to look up at him. His cheeks were streaked with his tears which you quickly wiped away. You took his face into your hands and kissed his cheeks, then his nose, then his forehead, before finally landing on his lips.

You two had been sat in the field for around an hour, you’d been wandering around doing God only knows what while Tendou had sat upon a tree swing and was gently swinging back and forth thinking back over the times the two of you had had together.

You were second years when he had finally got the balls to ask you out, he was still amazed to this day that you had said yes but he was so happy you did. You completed him, made him feel like the dark days weren’t so dark anymore. Made it so his dark thoughts wouldn’t continuously swim within his brain, you brought calm to the tumultuous ocean that was his mind.

Satori was drawn out of his reverie by you bounding up to him, hands hidden behind your back.

“What you got there sunshine?”

“Close your eyes baby boy.” He followed your instructions, placing his hand hand over his eyes. He suddenly felt a light pressure on his head.

“Okay you can remove your hand!” You sounded so damn excited that he couldn’t help but smile and with that a phone was in his face snapping a photo. You turned the phone around and Tendou almost didn’t recognise himself. He looked happy. He looked so genuinely fucking happy. Then his eyed panned up, seeing the flower crown, made of woven together daisies and buttercups, that adorned his head.

He was on his feet in a flash, his arms wrapping around your middle and lifting you off the ground, he span with you, holding you close to him, your hands trapped over his heart. 

Tendou was happy.

— you are 210% that neighbor who his parents rely on to acclimate their son into being a somewhat decent member of society. is it a hardy task for someone at the age of six? yeah. was sakusa an absolute shit at that age too? of course. but he stopped that one kid from pulling your hair in class that day so he’s basically your unofficial hero. even if it was only because apparently you had ‘cooties’.

— naturally you continued to have this unknown disease for most of your life. but apparently so did everyone else in Japan. except when you got older it simply became known as- physical contact.

— sticks and stone may break your bones but the mud streaked across your face and hands would most certainly kill sakusa. or at least that’s what you thought at the age of seven when you went grab him off his front porch anyway. he sort of whined and pushed you for it, causing you to fall back on your rear, much to his parents obvious disdain. or as so you gathered as you smirked over their shoulder as they carried you inside, earning an extra few years of sakusa’s ire.

a/n: haven’t written for Tendou or Asahi before, but oh i love them so. this might b one of my favorite headcanons :,,,D thank you for the request!

Tendou:

if anyone is the perfect roadtrip companion, it’s Tendou

you’ll both take the drive in shifts, but you actually don’t mind driving a majority of the trip because he is SO entertaining and will be sure to keep you wide awake

one moment he’s singing out the car window, his red hair lit up by the sunset and 5 minutes later he’s asking you about your favorite food and searching for a restaurant that serves it

oh, and when it comes to music, you best believe it will be loud 

you and Tendou prepped a road trip playlist so far in advance that there are over 30 hours of music on it (and it’ll keep growing throughout the trip bc you’ll be vibin so hard)

he’ll dance. a lot

you’ll both be equally as excited to check out random shiny objects, old & dusty towns, and to just hike or walk around parks and cities

Tendou’s energy is infectious. you’ll be grinning ear to ear for miles

but when you stop for the evening (each night at different campgrounds), you’ll have to keep him focused on the little tasks

he’d much rather explore the camp and show you weird bugs than set up tents and cook dinner, but you promise you’ll venture out with him after the camp is set

once everything is put together, he’ll entwine his hand with yours, drawing you toward the woods at twilight

you’ll both be huddled together near a stream, the running water calming your restlessness from being cooped up in a car all day

he’ll love the way the final minutes of sunlight stream onto your skin and he’ll pepper your face with smiling kisses

Tendou isn’t one for tradition, but because he loves you and this trip so much, it’ll become a summer ritual
