This is so real. I've had a lot more of the former days than the latter lately but it's still not easy. Also dealing with insurance and medical shit is just the worst, I could rant forever haha. Hope you heal up fast and the days ahead are brighter

No one ever talks about how mentally draining being injured is. Duh, it’s physically draining but mentally, one day you have so much drive to get to rehab and push yourself so you can come back and the next, you absolutely hate the idea of even leaving your bed.
