Introduction to Employee Monitoring Software
For keeping a check on the activities of their employees at the workplace, employers use a computer containing monitoring software. Such an arrangement allows the administrators and managers to know if any worker is doing something against the policies of the company while keeping an eye on the output of the workers. The central computer, containing the monitoring software, can keep the management informed of many activities of employees, such as the emails received or sent, and the documents used by them, as well as how attentive they are while at work. Another significant feature of installing such software is the fact that the employer can, at any time, check what is going on at any computer installed at the workplace.
Installing monitoring software for employees is a common practice among numerous businesses, particularly for those which demand employees to spend most of their time on computers. On knowing that such a system is already in place, workers won't tend to become floppy, and the administrator would quickly identify inefficient employees. A number of checks are performed to confirm that the workers remain productive at all times, and they don't go against the policies of the company.
The most frequently checked activity of the employees is related to the emails that they may have sent or received using the server of the company. The monitoring software installed by the employers enables them to go through the contents of the mails exchanged, thus ensuring that all mails remain relevant to business.
The employees' monitoring system enables the management to check all the files and programs opened by any worker. For instance, an employee who uses computer for playing games will get noticed by the management very easily. Likewise, if any worker watches improper photos or opens a file that is not relevant to the work assigned to him/her, the employer gets to know of that.
This kind of monitoring software is also employed for examining the websites history. The action is quite like an application monitoring, but it particularly examines the websites visited by any employee. It is not unusual for many workers to play games, watch movies or visit their social networking site while at work, thus reducing their productivity.
Keystroke monitoring enables the manger to know all the keys pressed, and hence the messages written by any employee. Generally, it is rather cumbersome for the manager to do it, but it becomes more convenient by monitoring the documents and websites.
When feeling that a computer is not being used, the manager may show a pop-up window on that computer to check the alertness of the employee working on that computer. It is a signal for the employee to click the computer within a short span of time, and failure to do so shows that the worker may be asleep or not being attentive.

How To Find The Most Comfortable Computer Chair Fit For You
ting in a chair for maybe hours will just be unbearable because of the pain.
So now in finding that elusive comfortable chair that has ergonomic features associated with it won't be as hard as anticipated. That much I hope is ingrained because of what it has to offer.
Now finding that category of chairs will require actually sitting in them to see how they feel. It would be a good comparison to sit in a chair without ergonomic qualities and one that does have them, just so you can tell the difference between the two. Of course, the price tag will be different but in the long run well worth it.
So now finding the right chair that has an adjustable seat, lumbar support, and a backrest that is supportive of your back and neck and a feature that allows the chair to swivel around in circles should be your pick.
Finding those qualities in a chair should not be hard to locate. Most of the ergonomic chairs have all those options but that does not take away from the fact that sitting properly is just as important. Just as a reminder, getting up is just as important as sitting. Sitting more than a couple of hours at a chair is just not natural. The human body needs movement throughout the day. This movement is in the guise of getting up off the chair, any chair, and walking.
Having the most ergonomic chair does not take place of good old fashioned exercise. The human body needs it, wants it and depends on circulation to maintain its health and posture. Okay, now that part of finding a chair is over, sitting properly is next.
When sitting in any type of chair, you need to sit straight up with a straight back. Both feet should be on the ground and ideally a footrest helps a lot during a long bout of sitting. Sitting with a hunched back and crossing either one of your legs will do more harm than good. A properly adjusted chair complementing that with sitting properly will make for a comfortable session at the computer.
So there are the ins and outs of finding the most comfortable computer chair that will best fit you. Ergonomics along with frequent exercise breaks is the key to enjoying sitting in a chair.

Selecting the Right Ergonomic Computer Chair to Prevent Low Back Pain Injuries
It is always important to select a computer chair that is suitable ergonomically to sit on that chair for quite a long time for working on computer, and sitting on the wrongly chosen chair can cause severe low back pain injuries. These injuries can sometimes become severe and the only solution to prevent these is to purchase a computer chair that ergonomically maximizes your utility. The purpose of this article is to guide the reader about which criteria has to be followed in order to purchase an ergonomic computer chair.
The use of the computer is extensive in the modern world and everyone is using them. Additionally, everyone needs a perfect environment where he can sit and conveniently work. The importance of choosing an appropriate chair is increased when a low back pain or even injury is at stake. Therefore you must purchase a chair that has proper seat height, which is adjustable up to the finest height. The second most important criterion is to check the width and depth of the seat. The width should definitely fit you in which you are not squeezing, whereas the depth should fit your back resting against the back of the chair. Also, the ergonomic chair must provide you a perfect support from the back. The lower region of the back is the mostly affected part when you are not sitting on to the computer chair correctly. Additionally, the back of the chair should be such that it is adjustable by moving upwards or downwards. Other features you must look for are concerning with the support provided to your arms and head. The final thing you should look for is the topper that covers the chair. You must look for the one that is covered with fine leather or a similar type of fabric for utmost comfort. Not only can a bad chair cause severe back pain, but it can cause neck pain as well and that can become a very serious threat to your overall health and productivity.
The above tips and criteria will definitely help you out in choosing ergonomic computer chair that provides you comfort while working. Many corporations and large business that employ office workers give work benefits such as a number of free chiropractic visits each month. Be sure to use these as much as you can because a chiropractor will realign your spine with your neck and rest of your body, enabling you to be even more comfortable in your office chair and ultimately be a lot more productive.

Internet Monitoring for Small and Large Offices
When you're in the market for a new desktop that's destined to be used mostly for gaming, you have to understand why the gaming desktop is not like your everyday computer. You have to understand what differentiates a gaming desktop from a regular desktop and since such a desktop is all about the specs, then you need to have an understanding of those specs that make a regular PC into a monster gaming rig.
There are a few hardware components that can transform a regular computer into a gaming machine.
Video Card or Graphics Card
This component is usually the most important aspect of a gaming desktop. This is because most modern games use high-end system requirements to run smooth. If you intend either to purchase or build your own gaming PC, then this is the first spec you should focus on. Since there are two main manufacturers in the industry today, ATI and nVidia, all you have to do is decide which one you should go with, since they both innovate at a steady pace and both are great at what they do.
nVidia graphics cards offer solutions for multiple video card usage via SLI (Scalable Link Interface) technology, which allows you to hook up minimum 2 cards to run in parallel for extreme gaming performance and visuals. They also have support for multiple monitors and true 3D gaming. If you choose to go with graphics cards that support 3D gaming, you'll also get a pair of 3D glasses and you have to get a monitor that supports displaying 3D visuals. Such monitors have a minimum refresh rate at 120Hz.
ATI video cards offer the same solutions, even for multiple graphics cards, but in their case it's called CrossFire. With CrossFire you are not limited by the model of the card, and you can use slightly different graphics cards to achieve better gaming performance. This also means that the price you pay for a multi-graphics card configuration doesn't have to be twice the price of the most expensive graphics card like in the case of nVidia.
Processor or CPU
The processor is the main component that does the entire math calculations in your gaming environment. Without a good processor, you might not even get the chance to run a modern game. You should look for processors above the dual-core industry segment, somewhere in the vicinity of quad-cores. New advancements in technology have brought out either processors with six-cores, or the Hyper Threading technology which allows each individual core to act as two separate cores, thus making the regular quad-core an actual octo-core in its own right.
Also, newer lines of processors tend to have an incorporated GPU, so this could be a great feature to save up on power while not in the gaming environment. This means that whenever you don't game, the graphics card powers down and allow the integrated GPU to take over in basic computing tasks thus saving power.

Computer Monitor Guide - What You Need to Know When Purchasing a Computer Monitor
Choosing the right computer monitor can get tough these days, with so many different types and sizes to choose from, how could you possibly make an informed decision?
Well, we're here to make choosing a computer monitor a little bit easier. Lets start out by defining some terms used in the computer monitor industry.
Refresh Rate - This is basically how fast the monitor can update the screen, the faster the better. With low refresh rates, monitors can get a noticeable flicker.
Resolution - This is how large of a screen the monitor can display. Higher resolutions are better, but most people don't even use the highest resolution possible, unless they have a really large monitor.
Dot Pitch - This is basically a number value that determines the quality of the image displayed. Most computer monitors vary from .15 to .30, with the lowest number being the best.
Viewable Screen Size - This is how much of the screen you can actually see, which only really applies to CRT monitors, since you can always see the entire screen of an LCD computer monitor. Most CRT monitors lose at least half an inch, and up to an inch on some monitors. This means on a 17 inch CRT monitor, you can only see 16.5, or 16 inches, depending on the manufacturer.
The different types of computer monitors
CRT Computer Monitors - These are the regular tube style monitors, except that they now have flat fronts, which gets rid of most of the distortion around the edges.
The good - CRT monitors are extremely cheap, and refresh rates are fast enough for today's hottest games.
The bad - Their size can be annoying, taking up most of your desk space, especially with large models.
LCD Computer Monitors - These are the flat panel monitors you see everywhere now.
The good - Extremely small size makes them very versatile as far as location is concerned.
The bad - They're still quite a bit more expensive than CRT monitors, and the refresh rates aren't great when it comes to hardcore computer gaming
Some things to note about all computer monitors is what type of inputs they have from the video card. All of them have the basic 14 pinned VGA input, but if your video card supports DVI, or S-Video, (higher quality input types) and you want to use these, you must make sure that the monitor also supports these. DVI and S-Video are superior to VGA, but usually cards & monitors with them cost slightly more.

Choosing Speakers for Your Gaming PC
In the process of building or choosing a gaming computer, make sure that the PC is already equipped with a sound card. To ensure that your PC has a sound card, you can check to see if the front or back of your computer has jacks for headphones, speakers, or microphones. If your computer has these ports, your PC has a sound card.
Some users may be content with buying a monitor equipped with speakers. This provides a different type of experience, and might be better for movies and other home entertainment. This is not to say that these speakers are inadequate, since some gamers may prefer them over other speakers. However, monitor speakers do not provide the same depth, clarity, and volume as other speakers.
One aspect you'll want to consider about your speakers is their size. Just because some speakers are larger than others does not necessarily mean that they will bring the best sound to your gaming experience. You may also want to consider where your speakers will stand during their usage. This is very important to the gaming experience, and where your speakers are will affect this experience. They can sit on either side of your monitor, or be mounted on the wall.
If you don't have the freedom of using your speakers as you see fit, you may also want to invest in headphones or earphones. Earphones may not be the best choice unless they are of higher quality. Otherwise, they may be damaging to your ears. For headphones, consider brands that specialize in headphones for gaming such as Koss.
Adequate memory is also important, and while it won't affect your speakers directly, it will affect your gaming experience. Without a proper amount of memory, your game can experience lag. This will affect what you see on your monitor as well as what you hear coming from your speakers. Therefore, remember to purchase the right amount of memory relative to what your gaming computer will be used for.

Watch Heart Rate Monitor Review
Flat panel monitors have now replaced bulky Cathode Ray Tube (CRT) displays. CRTs have met their demise similar to 8-track tapes and vinyl records. When we get a flat panel monitor, what is important other than low-cost?
Personal Computer monitors have evolved from the early green screen and color monitors sold with the IBM PC into interconnected high-resolution color multi-monitors. In my computer there are four wide-screen high-resolution monitors. What does high-resolution mean?
The first IBM PC color monitor had high 640 by 200 and low 320 by 200 resolutions. In contrast the monochrome green display's resolution was 720 by 350. The resolution is the number of dots wide by the number of dost high. Monitors soon moved to 640 dots wide by 480 dots high.
The Europeans had studies that showed amber (reddish colored) monitors were less stressful to view over long periods of time. This just goes to show how when governments regulate something that the regulations are quickly out paced by technology. How many of you have ever seen an amber monitor? Today virtually all monitors (aside from the 15-year old monitor on my OS-2 Private Branch Exchange voice mail server) are color monitors.
Early color monitors started out with 16 colors. This worked for highlighting cells in spread sheets, but did a crummy job of displaying color photos. Photos and videos need millions and millions of colors to properly display the subtle shading in photos and videos. If you want to test your color TV or monitor check out how it displays low-light images. These really test the TV or monitor. Often you can spot the lines between the few shades of black in the image. Newer monitors and TVs with high contrast ratios do a better job of displaying low light images.
The monitor resolution that started at 640 by 200 went to 640 by 480 (this is the VGA - Video Graphics Array resolution), 800 by 600, 1024 by 768, 1280 by 1024 and my favorite 1600 by 1200. As soon as I could afford it I got the 21-inch 1600 by 1200 display because it permitted me to see a full 8.5 by 11 inch page of paper displayed on the monitor. This brought meaning to the phrase "What You See Is What You Get" - WYSWIG. Truly I was in hog heaven with that display.
Then the first Thin Film Transistor flat panel displays arrived. These were columns (the width) and rows (the height) of thin transistors that powered phosphorescent liquid crystal squares producing red-green-blue colors. They were 12-inch diagonal and had a native resolution of generally 1024 by 768. A display of lower or higher resolution could be displayed on such monitors, but the low resolution images tended to appear larger and ever so slightly blurry and the higher resolution images spilled outside the frame of the display. These monitors were square monitors that ran off low power transformers. I still have some TFT square monitors that I use today. The square flat panels moved from 1024 by 768 to 1280 by 1024, and then for me to 1600 by 1200. I remember waiting patiently for the price on ViewSonic 1600 by 1200 monitors to go from about $350 each to $200 each where I purchased them for my first dual monitor computer. The bad thing about two monitors is once you start using them, you never go back to one monitor.
It was not long before wide-screen liquid crystal display (LCD) monitors arrived. These monitors are wider than they are high. Square monitors may no longer be sold. The wide-screen monitors had resolutions of 1440 by 900, 1600 by 900, 1600 by 1024, 1680 by 1050 (a very popular resolution for modestly priced monitors) and 1920 (sometimes 1980) by 1200. There are higher resolutions for wide-screen monitors with much higher price tags.
Now selecting a monitor starts with budget. What can you pay for each one? Is it around $100 to $150, $200 to $250, or $300 and up? In my case it is back to waiting for prices to drop again.
Next comes the resolution or how much can be displayed on the monitor. More dots or pixels (picture elements) the more can be displayed. You see more of a desktop on a 1920 by 1200 display than on a 1440 by 900 display. With the lower resolution display you must manipulate and maneuver the image more to work on it. When writing, you may be constantly changing from displaying the top if the page which you are writing to the bottom of the page.
Physical size also weighs in the selection. A 20-inch diagonal monitor with a 1680 by 1050 resolution has let us say sixteenth-inch high characters. A 24-inch diagonal monitor with the identical resolution say would have characters slightly larger say two sixteenths-inch high (in reality about 20% larger not twice as large). Larger monitors with higher resolution are always better. So now I wait for the 30-inch 2560 by 1200 monitors to get close to a $250 per monitor price point. It will be a long wait. Unfortunately for me it appears that most all the 27-inch monitors have a maximum resolution of 1920 by 1080.
Contrast ratio, number of colors, and refresh speed all effect the display of images and video. A high contrast ratio is better for low light image displays, more colors permit better shading of objects which displays a more life-like picture, and faster refresh rate makes the display respond quickly to image changes keeping the high action videos crisp and clear. These parameters may be important if you play video games and want a more life-like game.
Flat panel monitors are LCD (liquid Crystal Display), DLP (Digital Light Processing), or plasma displays. LCD and DLP use back-light lighting to produce the display. This back-light was based upon fluorescent lighting technology. Florescent lights last a long time, but not for ever. Some do not last long at all (maybe a year). Their design life is roughly 10 years. I had an old Sony flat panel TV that ran about 8 or 9 years before it quit. Some laptops have monitors that fail after one or two years. The newer technology is to provide back-lighting for flat panel displays with Light Emitting Diodes (LED). LEDs use very little power and last forever (well almost). They require less physical space than fluorescent lighting. This means that the new thing monitors use LED back-lighting.
Sometimes all the display specifications are published and many other times they are not. Good inexpensive all round monitors are 20-inch to 24-inch diagonal with a resolution 1680 by 1080. The cost here should be from $100 to $200 sometimes under $100.
Often these flat panel monitors are advertised as 1080p monitors. This means 1080 lines of vertical resolution and a progressive (the fastest) refresh rate. A 1080i display with 1080 lines of vertical resolution and an interlaced - refreshing every other vertical on each refresh pass. This can result in a blurry display of fast motion video or ghosting of the display as the mouse pointer and Windows are moved. Progressive (1080p) display refreshing - refreshing every vertical line on each refresh pass - is the more prevalent type of refreshing found in flat panel TVs and monitors. Progressive refresh is needed to have crisp full motion video in action videos and movies.
Never become a nerd because when it comes to monitors the $1,000 plus 30-inch 2560 by 1200 monitors are the only ones that improve your current computer system. Unfortunately at this time one of those monitors costs more than the combined cost of the four 24-inch 1920 by 1200 monitors on my current computer. So I am waiting for prices to drop again.

Launch Monitor and Your Lessons
As everyone is worried about the economy, you as a golf instructor need to find a way to make what you do more distinct than ever before. Many instructors are shying away from purchasing a launch monitor citing the economy. What they are really doing is costing themselves money in the long run as a launch monitor can be a way that they differentiate their services from others.
Golf students are more in tune with technology than ever before, thus adding technology to their lesson would separate you from many other instructors. As the technology has been improved the price has also made it purchasing a launch monitor more reasonable.
With the purchase of a golf swing monitor, golf professionals have been able to create multiple streams of revenue for themselves. As these golf swing monitors play an important role in club fitting, they can also be rented to corporate tournament or even parties. This is another opportunity for you to run the machine and introduce yourself and your services.
As you already know, the new technology allows everyone from fitness professionals, to scientists to golf professionals to study the golf swing in a way that has not been possible in the past. So the question becomes "How is this going to help my students?" That is why we all teach the game, right?
Here are five ways a golf launch monitor can help your students improve their game:
1. As a student begins a series of lessons, you will be able to establish a starting line or base point of where they are beginning. This is valuable because as we all know, all of our students do not automatically drop 10-15 shots after one series of lessons, especially the better players. That just happens on TV!
2. By using the new technology, it will show you some strengths, weaknesses and tendencies in your student's game that you physically cannot see with your blind eye.
3. Once you have the baseline you can track the students progress throughout the series. Again, we all have had the student who gets frustrated for no apparent reason. With the stats from the launch monitor you can give them the facts of their improvement.
4. Although I do not recommend it, you literally will have feedback from every single swing that the student makes. Obviously, how much you want to discuss with the student would depend on your teaching style as well as the student's learning style.
5. A launch monitor allows you to set quantifiable goals with your students. This changes the students mentality to I want to hit it farther to I want to increase my club head speed 3mph. As 3mph does not sound like that much, they will see the goal as easier to accomplish.
Do not be intimidated in these economic times. It is time to set yourself apart from the other competition in your area with a golf launch monitor. The small investment now will pay large dividends not only to you and your pocket but also to all of your students.

Computer Monitors - Is Higher Resolution Better? Part 1
The Pixel Problem
We live in a world where everyone wants more and bigger is better. But we also know that isn't always true! No one wants a bigger pimple or more STD's! Sometimes having more is just pointless. Like more of the tools that come with furniture you need to assemble yourself. Pixels are the same way. The human eye can only perceive so many pixels. Imagine pixels as sand. When you are standing on the beach you can see the grains of sand but when you are standing on a cliff looking at the beach you may know its sand but you can't actually see the grains anymore. Pixels work the same way. Get close enough and you can see that a pixel is actually smaller red, green, and blue lights working together to make you see a different color when you are further away. Get far enough away from your monitor and all you will see is a light in the distance. So the real trick is sitting at the optimum viewing distance for your computer monitor. That is determined by the resolution and the size of the monitor. The higher the resolution the smaller the pixels, the bigger the monitor the larger the pixels.
So knowing those two pieces of information you can find out the optimum viewing distance. This is because the human eye can only perceive details as small as 1/60th of a degree of arc but I'll spare you the math and provide a few examples.
Monitor Size--------Aspect Ratio-------Resolution-----Optimal Distance 22.5"=========16:9=========1080p======2.9' 22.5"=========16:9=========4K========1.5' 30"==========16:9=========1080p======3.9' 30"==========16:9=========4K========2.0'
So as you can see any further away than 1.5 feet from a 22.5 inch 4k monitor and you stop seeing 4k anyways. Eventually you get to 1080p around 3 feet. In between 1.5 and 3 feet you do have better than 1080p, however this introduces a new issue. Operating systems are not built for resolutions higher than 1080p which causes the text on a lot of the interface to be visually smaller. While there is software to help this it doesn't fix all text and often causes other text to be much larger than necessary.
When you are sitting closer than optimal distance you see all the possible details with no loss in quality. In order for you to truly enjoy a 4k monitor you need a very large, very expensive monitor and all the hardware to support gaming at that resolution which is also very expensive.

Mini Review: Alan Wake 5760 X 1080 Nvidia Surround Setup - Computer Games
Let me start off talking about the setup. This was played on a 5760 x 1080 three-monitor setup in Nvidia Surround, so you experience/opinion on the game may differ.
Setup: I'll jump right into it. Nvidia Surround for this gaming is quite breathtaking. I came from playing Dead Space 2, which is nothing but enclosed corridors and mostly indoor environments. In Alan Wake, you are outdoors for 95% of the game. Therefore the scope and expanse of the landscape around you is amazing. This game has created the best immersion experience thus far in my young triple monitor setup. We'll see how long that lasts, since I haven't played Mass Effect 3 yet. I will also note that I played this with three GTX 480's in Tri-Sli. I definitely couldn't max it out with this setup, and the cards ran quite hot throughout my playtime, reaching up to 85c on the top card. But then again, all GTX 480's run hot.;P
Gameplay - Score: B+ The gameplay in Alan Wake at first glance may seem like a standard third person computer game, but it comes with a twist. Your weapon? Sure you have handguns, shotgun, and batteries. Oh right, batteries you ask? The game core element is the way you use light to defeat the baddies. You do this with flashlights you get throughout the game, and collect batteries as the type of 'ammo' they use. It's definitely something different, and quite refreshing if you're tired of guns. Not only do you use flashlights, but you also use objects in the surround environment, which of course produce sources of light. Such as street lanterns used for construction, flares, flash grenades, and a few more. With that said, you are able to use both the guns and flashlight for combat simultaneously, which gives great flexibility for those who may like one or the other.
Graphics - Rating: B As mentioned in the opening paragraph, the game is stunning no matter what display setup you have. The reason I didn't score it higher is because SLI came broken out of the box, which many consider unacceptable if you're paying your hard earned dollars to play computer game. I was a little bit more forgiving and chose to use a simple 'work-around' that enables SLI capabilities. Of course it comes at a cost. Their is a flicker distortion that occurs in the first 20 or so seconds or so once you enter the game. After it goes away all is well. Also, another sacrifice that this 'quick-fix' brings is the blur effect. Google 'Alan Wake SLI fix' and you should find it in details. Anyways, once you're actually playing the game, the game is beautiful.
Story - Score: C The story in Alan Wake failed to captured my attention through most of my playtime. It was just too far-fetched for me, even though it just a "computer game". Don't worry, I won't spoil anything. Just pay attention if you plan to even understand it... The games fun factor more than makes up for it though.
Conclusion: Alan Wake went down as one of the better computer games in 2010 when it released for the Xbox 360. Sadly, if you have already played that version, then I would recommend moving along. However, if you have played the Xbox version and would like to test it out on a three monitor setup, then I would highly recommend it! Like I said, it is my favorite thus far in Nvidia Surround. I use three 24'' Asus monitors. Anything over that and computer game textures begin to get too pixelated, or so I've read. Then again, I've heard great things about Nvidia Surround with 27'' monitors as well. Specifically speaking, the Planar 27'' that goes on sale like, every weekend...
If you are interested in finding the latest deals on parts for a surround setup, I recommend checking here [http://savingselectronic.com].
If you are not sure where to start, I would first advise to confirm that your motherboard is SLI capable, and go from there. You NEED a SLI setup for Nvidia Surround, unless you have a new GTX 680 that just released today.

Gaming With Dual Monitors
Dual monitors or multi monitor as it is more commonly known is a term used when there are more than one display device is used. This could be monitors or projectors or even televisions. The reasons why two monitors are preferred for programs running on a computer is because of its increase in area that allows increase in productivity of the user. With the popularity of this concept it has been increasingly used by video editors, graphic designers and game developers. These days there are several games too that support dual monitors too. However it does come with its own share of disadvantages too. Given below are some of the advantages and disadvantages of the gaming with two monitors and some games that allow gaming using dual monitors.
Advantages
Two monitors are always betters than one, especially when it comes to gaming. The first and foremost benefit is the screen space. With the large screen space that is available to the gamers, it gives them an enhanced gaming experience. Especially in the games where the gamer has to be more worried and concerned about the horizontal landscape rather than the vertical one, dual monitor comes in use here. By using dual monitors the player is able to have a larger and a much more realistic view of what the character in the game is able to view.
A good example of gaming with Multiple Monitors is un World of Warcraft. this MMORPG allows the user to don the role of an on screen avatar and controls all the actions of that avatar like exploring, fighting, interacting with other characters and much more. This game can beset up to be played with a dual monitor thus enhancing the gaming experience of the user. Using Dual Monitor also allows the player to view different instances of the same game on different monitor without getting confused or losing focus on the game rather than trying to view all the instances on one single monitor.
Disadvantages
Like all technology, even using two monitors has its own disadvantages. We have listed some of them for you in this article. The main problem that crops up while using dual monitors is with the vertical size. While the increase in the horizontal view is good for gamers as they are able to view several instances, the increase in the vertical view becomes very uncomfortable for the user. The other main disadvantage is with the sharing of resources. The resources of the video card are shared between both the monitors which could lead to a reduced performance from the processor and the video memory, thus not allowing the users to enjoy the desired output.
Games that allow using dual monitors
There are several games that allow the use of multiple monitors while playing. Clear the Swarm was the first web game that supported multi monitors. This game's entry into the market saw several other games like Microsoft Flight Simulator 2000, Supreme Commander, World In Conflict, DOOM, Burnout Paradise, Dirt 2, Team Fortress 2 and World of Warcraft into the market that can be played with dual monitors.

Monitor Response Time Explained
When shopping for a monitor for gaming or multimedia you will see manufactures brag about their response time. Although response rate or latency is extremely important when it comes to games, the manufactures derive this number in various ways.
Generally, manufactures report their fastest time, whether that is gray-to-gray or active black to inactive white and back. They may not disclose which they used to determine their typical time. The formal definition characterizes response time as the time it takes for an LCD pixel to change from completely active black to inactive white then back again. However, manufactures often report their gray-to-gray speed (or color to color). The Video Electronics Standards Association (VESA) will soon introduce specifications to standardize response time to make manufacturers' numbers more comparable.
Nevertheless, despite the discrepancies over reported numbers, response time does matter. As recent as 2005, monitor manufacturers and gaming experts were recommending a response time of under 16ms to avoid blurring and ghosting. However, a year later we are seeing response times of less than 5ms, or more typically, less than 8ms. This in turn means that game manufacturers are going to utilize these new capabilities and create games that demand this faster response time. Who knows, maybe next year we may see Samsung reporting a response time of 2ms, it could happen.
For now, to view your games at their best, look for a monitor with the fastest time possible; it does matter. Keep in mind that display quality is also important, so look for a high contrast ratio and small dot pitch coupled with a powerful graphics card to give you the best view possible, until next year.
