tips for RAMADAN:

• distance yourself from your smartphone and unnecessary sins at least for this month. • read books about our beloved Prophet (peace be upon him) • help your family in the household • smile often • avoid unnecessary discussions • do small good deeds every day • read Tafsir • learn a new Sure • train your Nafs • visit mosques for Iftar, Sohoor • pray Taraweeh in mosques • avoid music, if it’s difficult for you, try at least to replace it with (halal) Nasheeds • hear Quran as much as you can • reflect the Quran on you • talk every day to Allah • give small charities daily • be nice to people (even when they’re testing you, train your Nafs!) • pray your daily prayers on time • pray Sunnah • make Dua for you and your Ummah • help your mom preparing Iftar • eat healthy • try to work out for at least 10 min. after Iftar • ask Allah constantly for forgiveness

may Allah let us reach the month of His forgiveness, goodness and mercy and may He accept our fasting and give us strength. Allahuma Ameen

#norights no freedom to choose to be able to where a hijab under eighteen, to be there to help and support children during feildtrips, how will the young girls grow up knowing their Mom is disliked only for the way she dresses to cover her modesty in front of Allah. How will a Mother feel when she is told she cant be their with her child on a school trip because of a garment that she wears as a choice not out of hate (these are the lies that are shared- of claiming that Islam is a religion of hatred in the innocent lives of their day to day lives) . Im sure there’s more discriminating factors, towards women, young girls, and of many Muslims in general. may Allah bring justice to all unfair matters and protect our Ummah in moments of unfair circumstances, Ameen. no one deserves to be shunned and ostracized for a choice and a belief they believe in!

SuphanAllah, thats so beautiful and powerful in so many ways. May Allah protect us from the desires of this world that may bar our hearts from seeing that no matter what building, house, clothing, money, etc that we have— it doesn’t change our hearts with the most compassionate and most loving, Allah ( SWT). And it scares me to know how much desires may bar me from my relationship with Allah (Azza wajal). May Allah let us change our bad habits and keep us strong in our hearts, and allow us to change for his sake only. during and after Ramadan InshAllah we can be apart of it this year too and benefit 🤲😓

The people who pray in this mosque must have really strong faith ‎سبحان الله‎‬. If it was us, we would either pray at home or not pray at all. We require central heating, air conditioning, hot water, first class clean toilets & much more just for us to be motivated to attend the mosque.

1. That is not basic economics 101, which is why you probably don’t understand it. “State capitalism” is such an absurd term anyway. Capitalism is based on the twin pillars of free market principles and private enterprise. Capitalism is incompatible with a state economy in which companies are state-owned and planning authorities determine what is produced. Therefore, there can be no such thing as “state capitalism.” In truth, China is a mixed system that combines capitalism and socialism—just like every other country in the world. This is equally true of the United States and European countries, all of which blend—in different proportions—capitalist and socialist elements in their economic systems. This is what is typically referred to as a mixed or hybrid economy.

2. I didn’t side step the US having the largest prison population as it’s a completely separate topic. The US justice system, including the prison system is one of the US’ many issues.

3. China has been found numerous times to misreport on the metrics used over their nation, even today they deny putting Muslims into concentration camps, so I’m not too sure I’d rely heavily on their crime/incarceration metrics. You’re safer in a dark alley in NYC than you are conducting normal business in China. They are notoriously corrupt for a reason, despite the low crime rate reported by the Chinese government, while simultaneously having a 99% conviction rate and an abysmally low rate of a conviction ever been turned over, even when new evidence is found.

4. Comparing incarceration rates is pointless because the justice systems in general are far different. China leverages the death penalty far more than the US. Furthermore, if you think getting a criminal record in the US is bad for getting a job, you haven’t read the horror stories of the Chinese Social Score system. They don’t have to put you in prison to make you a prisoner.
