Too many people overlook children's mental health. It's time to change that

New year, new posts
Hi its me again. So my last post gained zero notoriety which was a slight let down but then again who'd want to listen to a child with her silly little fantasies of making the world a better place. However if there is one thing I'm good at then its being stubborn. This is the reason why I'm making another post. I want there to be a movement, it doesn't have to be big maybe I might get through to at least one person. Or maybe two people or three or four. I'm lucky, my parents listened to my problems, got me a psychologist then another and now a CBT therapist with two diagnoses, one still in process. However so many children aren't, either they are too scared to tell their parent(s) about their suspicions, their parent(s) completely disregard the child's argument by calling them "overdramatic" or saying that they are "faking it" leaving the child feeling isolated with trust issues or the child tells the parent(s) about their struggle the parent(s) take these struggles seriously and seeks out help so that their child will live happily however something stops them, it looms over the NHS snipping away at their funding what is this beast? *BREXIT*. I said in my last post about how the NHS has had funding cuts not to mention the fact that many doctors/nurses/psychologists are being paid way less than they should or being let go all together. This stops the NHS referring children and teens to therapy or prolongs this process so much that the child's mental health is getting worse and worse. And where is all the money going? You guessed it Brexit. And what's Brexit doing? Absolutely nothing it just sits there while politions ponder if we should leave with a deal or without, if we should have yet another referendum. Look I have no problem if you voted to leave I won't attack you for your opinions because I know you didn't want this age long debate nor did you want the constant cuts. I am also not attacking the NHS it's a wonderful service however Boris and the like just ruin it with all the money going into nothing. Sorry this turned into quite the rant not to mention the fact that no one will see this but I am determined to get at least one person reading these things.

Making A Difference.
So this is my first post with this account and to start I just wanted to say that I doubt many people will read this. However I do hope this gets some level of attention because I want to get through to somebody. I'm starting this thing because I as a young person (I won't say my age because I'm not in the mood for being stalked) have noticed that there isn't much awareness of children's mental health (there is young minds which is an excellent charity but that still isn't enough sometimes). I mean have you ever been told that your emotions are not valid, have you ever been told things like "It's all in your head.", "It's just a phase.", "It's just hormones."? Come on we know our brains and if we know that there's something wrong it probably is. So many teenagers get belittled because of what they feel. Not to mention the fact that all the money being pumped into the festering wound many call Brexit could go to the NHS. And to be rather honest I'm sick of all this, our only resources that could heal us being given poor funding, the constant backlash of adults thinking they know our mind better than we do but most of all I'm sick of being silent.
