Things were getting weirder by the minute. 

It had become apparent that this was definitely not a hotel by the strange robots and the fact that they were underwater. Maybe it was some sort of gimmicky cruise theme? Yes, that had to be it, some sort of submarine cruise with robot mascots and all these other teens were just trying to enjoy themselves like he was (or was supposed to be). He just couldn’t figure out why they had put him among common people, he was famous after all, and really didn’t like to socialize with people on any level. 

Why he had signed up for an underwater cruise was befuddling, though, as he knew he was one to get terribly seasick, and he could feel the waves of nausea crashing into him like the waves above their heads. How poetic.

“I... do not feel well...” 

He murmured to no one in particular before stumbling over to the bar to take a seat.

“Oi, you don’t happen to have any meds on you, do you?”

Nausea. 

That was the first thing Tyler felt upon waking up in this mental haze. A pain behind his face and a nervous flipping in his stomach that made him want to lean over and wretch. This was normal. In fact, this was pretty much an every morning occurrence, a mere side effect from the pills he had to slide down his throat after coming to consciousness. 

What wasn’t normal was the scenery. This was some kind of experimental hotel, right? If it was, it had pretty crummy service making someone of his status sleep on the ground. How dare they. Guest services would be hearing about this.

Finally rising off of the floor, the fashion designer began to frantically brush off any debris that might’ve made a home for itself on his clothing. Of course he just had to be wearing mostly black, as almost every pill and piece of lint could be seen. Terrific. He was definitely going to give this place a bad review, no matter how nice the decor was.

After finally getting a good moment to take in the room, he was left unimpressed to find other people in his hotel room. What was this, some kind of hostel? How low class. Approaching one of them, he began to tap on their shoulder before beginning to speak.

“Excuse me, but what the hell is this place? And, not to be rude, but who the ever loving fuck are you, and why are you in my room?”

Tyler has some pretty nasty anxiety that really interferes with his everyday life, but bc of mild spoilers I won’t really go into that too much. He definitely recognizes it as a mental illness because of that, though.
